1st class service

This was by far my best experience when trying to purchase a vehicle! I had searched several car lots and dealership for weeks and was not able to find a car in the price range and miles that I wanted. I searched their website was able to locate the car that was a perfect fit. When I arrived at the dealership I didnt feel pressured to purchase or make a decision right away even though I fell in love with the car. I felt as though Jay and the finance department provided me with excellent service! Their main concern was not just getting me into a car and out the door..they were geuinely concered about my satisfaction with my purchase! I had been to KIA in Rivergate years ago and had a bad experience and had decided I the customer service was poor and would not do business with them...Jay definately changed my perspective of this dealership!"

Very Poor Experience

The paperwork was reprinted multiple times and on the last time, the sales price was changed and I was so frustrated that I signed without noticing. I ended up paying WAY more than I should have for the vehicle. Additionally, the trade in was not paid off in a timely manner as agreed. They also charged me the full tags/registration fee even though I transferred tags from the trade-in vehicle. They agreed to send a refund check for that, but I have still not received it. I would urge caution when dealing with this unscrupulous dealership.

Overcharged.

Didn't have quoted price with me. Should have walked out of sales office without signing contract. Paid way more than I should have. Will not be returning to this dealership.

Stupendous experience!!

My dream of owning my first car came into reality on July 8, 2014, when I acquired the 2014 Kia Forte Ex. When I got to the premises I had a warm reception. I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't sure I'd be approval for financing. Jay Stewart, the employee who attended to me was exceptional. He constantly assured me that he's positive it's gonna work out for me. I excused myself for about 45 minutes and when I came back Jay was beaming with smiles. I've been approved. It was incredible. When I sat in my new car I instantly loved it. It has almost everything I could ever think of (except for nav). And Jay, goodness me, I can't thank him enough. He was astonishing. When I thought I couldn't raise the down payment without using funds from my credit card, he quickly went to management to arrange a new payment plan for me ensuring that I drive home with car that same evening. This is my first experience with an auto company and the treatment was fabulous. Universal Kia Hickory Hollow has won me as a customer and hope to stick with them. Thank you so much Jay Stewart!

Excellent

I had done my research prior to coming to the dealership but Shon was very knowledgeable. Also, he made sure I had answers to all of my many questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I had multiple bad experiences up to Shon and he turned it around. I've raved about him and dealership since getting the vehicle to any one who will listen. Normally, one bad experience will drive me away from a business forever. His personality may have just made me a customer for life.

Excellent

Very good, friendly, knowledgeable. Service Rep was very nice and very helpful. Expensive for the average working class person. Send more coupons.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
