Fantastic

Very personable experience in such a hectic aspect of life. We could not have had a better sales associate! He was extremely helpful and genuinely nice! I would recommend anyone to him.

Great Customer Service

Very pleasant. Showroom was a bit sparse and cold...due to time of day and how long these sales usually occur, some refreshments would have been nice. Salesperson was outstanding. Would recommend him to everyone.

My experience was nothing short of a delight. I drove away in my buggy and that was what I went to accomplish. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience all the way around.

Excellent

I made an appointment online to meet with Jeff Shipp. He wasn't even at work the day of our appointment. Ok so Steven helped us and he was awesome. The other weird thing was he didn't take us around the lot to look at cars. He asked me what color I liked and just brought up a car for us. He said it was the only one he had that he could work out a deal for us on. Luckily I liked the color ok but I probably would have chose a different color if given an option. The car drives wonderfully and I like it, I just thought it was different the way the deal was handled.

Excellent

I purchased the vehicle back in july of 07. Brought the vehicle in for maintenance, due to some sever mechanical problems with the engine. The maintenance staff was well informed, and kept me well informed with the problems, estimates, and repairs needed. Jeff was very prompt, and understanding with my situation. Granted, I am not happy with the warranty, I am happy with the quality of service that I received. I will return for maintenance on the vehicle, but I refuse to purchase another KIA in the future (and I am due for a new car soon).
