Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow

Hickory Hollow Kia is a great place. I would recommend them to anyone. Jose was very friendly and a wonderful salesman. I had a monthly payment in mind and Jose worked with me on getting the payment I wanted. Franklin Carnival Kia was rude and could not deal with them. I went to Franklin first and then called Hickory Hollow because I really wanted the KIA Forte. I am glad that I called Hickory Hollow and I love my Forte. I told all my friends about Hickory Hollow Kia and Jose.

You should not allow a customer to drive a vehicle off the lot without making sure you have secured financing. Someone should not get to drive a vehicle for almost 2 weeks and then be told to bring it back because we can't get it financed.

Wayne was wonderful. He was very eager to answer all of my questions. He never complained about the multiple questions and changes I had about my financing. I would recommend him to anyone.

We have had it in for two services since buying used from carmax. Both times service was good. Employees very friendly and willing to help.

I came in for an oil change and my 3 month inspection. They told me that they would be done with my car within an hour so i went to Ihop to eat for about 30 mins and i came back and they were done with my car. I love carnival Kia.

The selection of cars were nice, and they sales rep worked with me to find a car that fit my needs and at a price I could afford.

Joseph and Carnival Kia were amazing. He made the process so easy and he listened to what I wanted and got it for me. I would highly recommend him! I also love my new Kia Soul!

Doug Eckhardt was very professional, not pushy, and honest. I love my new Sorento! They had the best selection of the Sorento that I've been able to find anywhere in the Tennessee area.

I really can't stand sales people but Joseph A was an awesome sale "dude" I will most definitely recommend Joseph Attigliato to anyone. I wish that all sales people were like him, GREAT personality, attitude, he made us feel comfortable an asking any questions and/or concerns with no rudeness. Let Joseph A know that he's #1 in my book, hehehehe........
