I was in the market for dependable transportation and chose Carnival Kia on Bell Road. I was met by Joseph Attigliato. He did an awesome job with the credt application and working with me. He also had to work around my schedule whish is 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. i arrived at 6:30 pm and they had me driving a new Kia Soul within two hours. The entire team I worked with was awesome and it was done in a timely manner. They were able to put me in a new Soul with only 6 miles on it and gave me a break on the first oil change. Joseph also spent 30 minutes going over the ownership information. My next vehicle purcahse will be fron the Carnival Kia team again!

As far as salesmanship I had THE BEST! Joseph was very upfront and not pushy. He was very patient as I was not sure which model of KIA I was interested in. Joseph spent a lot of time with me and even called several times after the purchase to make sure everything was ok. Ask for Joseph at Carnival KIA! He will do his best to get you the best deal and find the best car for you.

In all of our years of purchasing vehicles we honestly have to admit that the three gentlemen that worked with us was such a pleasure, over all. We had a new salesman, L. Palmer, and he was very pleasant and answered all our questions about the Soul that we test drove. We were very impressed with this young man! Joseph A. was on top of things in assisting the new salesman. He was friendly and patient with us all. Those two made an excellent team! And last but not least, Travis ended with us in financing. We were asking about financing with whom we had our trade-in, He explained that we could do that but that he had found another company that had an almost 2 point less in interest rate. He also, helped us greatly with all of our warranty questions. Again, he made this part of the deal a very pleasant experience. My sister purchased her Soul a couple of months before and sent us to Kia Hickory Hollow...we are thankful she did. Our little Soul! is a great vehicle!
