I have a 2011 Sorento. The other day it would not start....

I have a 2011 Sorento. The other day it would not start. I talked with Jonathan in the service department and he walked me thru until I got my car started again. I took it in the next morning and he knew who I was when I told him my name and what I was there for - without looking at the paperwork - so to me that means that he goes over all of his paperwork and familiarizes hisself with who is coming in and why. He is very very friendly and helpful. My car was in the shop area for approximately 1 hour and so far is working wonderful again.

We found our visit to be very satisfying. We were handled with courtesy. The salesman was respectful and knowledgeable about the cars. He was able to answer our questions. We werre firm in what we wanted and he worked to meet our needs. We would visit your dealership again. We were impressed with the professionalism of your employess.

This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from...

This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Hickory Hollow Kia. Both times I have truly been treated well and the sales and service departments are top notch. I am sure that I will purchase many more from Hickory Hollw. Thanks and to all emploees at Kia. Thank you.

In the beginning we had a salesman whom I felt was not...

In the beginning we had a salesman whom I felt was not quite being honest with me. Felt like he was given me the run around because my credit was not so good. He was also trying to rush me into something I was not comfortable with. I assume he was trying to get my family and I into something that had alot of play in it. So I decided to go back when he was off that day. It took about 15-25 minutes for someone to help us and there were several salesman standing around. I myself was a car salesman and I remembered I would be the first at the door to greet a customer even if I was with somebody and if I was to busy I found someone for them quickly. Anyway, there was a gentlemen by the name Oscar and was from Honduras. He was the most honest and helpful gentlemen I have met so far. My outlook towards Kia was not what you all said about it in your advertisment and was not going to recommend you guys to anyone because of poor service and being genuine with customers. But this Oscar gave my family and I a total different outlook towards the dealership. He explained to my family with my credit not being so perfect this is what he would recommend for us. He took us on a walk around on a certain vehicle and explained all the features it had. We were very well pleased with the kia forte, the price, gas, and it being so comfortable for a compact car. When it came down to the numbers he did a tremondous job in explaining why and our payments were right where we needed them to be after a couple of times back with the manager on crunching numbers. So if you ask me or if anyone asks me what about a kia. I can honestly say very highly and wonderful things about a Kia and the dealership in Antioch. This is our 1st Kia ever and my wife and I are sooooo pleased with the performance and comfort of the forte. I would like to thank Oscar and the Sales manager on duty that day for making this possible for my family. This is my wife's 1st new car and loves it so much. I am sooooo proud to say I own a Kia and I am so proud to say were I purchased it from. Carnival Kia has pulled to give my family and I another opportunity to reestablish our credit and putting us into a brand new car with 9 miles on it. Can't forget about the finance dept. for providing extended warranty on my vehicle. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. Thank-you for taking the opportunity in reading my letter. Thank-You Joe M. Garza

Great overall buying experience.Todd and Wayne went out of there way to make me feel welcome.They both were very personable through the sales process. Then kRAMER capped of the tranaction by going above and beyond to tailer my new car purchase to my financial situation. Thanks guys for makeing my new car purchase fast,easy,enjoyable and affordable. I would recommend another Kia for the product but your...

I would recommend another Kia for the product but your sales and finance team at Carnival Kia Hickory Hollow were very vague and pushy when discussing anything with me. Only showed me one car because that was all they could get done, and I traded a good car 2000 Nissan Sentra w/ 80k. (manual and I needed automatic) Not a good deal but I am a special finance and they told me this was all they could get. 2011 Forte. I wanted an SUV and for the monthy cost I could have purchased one some where else for the cost of Forte. All I got was an overpriced car with no instructions on how things worked, no cleanup before or promise to later, and I put a whole lot of money in your pocket. I cant understand why just because someone had a terrible year on credit that they have to be treated like they were not valued and were basically stole from me. There was a promise on paper of tinted Glass and no one has called to set up. I was told that when the bank gave Kia money then they would tint. Tabitha called some man and for 150.00 cash he sent me papers to finance insurance so I could drive home that night. Before they even saw the trade. That should have been red flag, but it was late and I was exhaustesd and desperate to get vehicle! I was also in rental car because I was trading my mom's car down and she had to have it that day. They badgered me into driving car home. I had to leave rental there overnight. Please know that Miracle Ford tried to do the same thing to me but it was early and I wasn't being rushed, so I could make a good decision not to purchase. and because it was closing time at Kia and they were rushing me, I felt like I couldn't get anything else, so I took the deal I was desperate for a car my mom could drive (automatic) Guess I should have known better but How come Kia couldn't be the exception to being an honest dealer. You can't trust anyone anymore and that is sad. I don't know why people have to be dis-honest or shaddy? This was a very unpleasant experience and I wont buy from Carnival Kia at Hickory Hollow again or recommend them. By the way I am paying 410.00 mo for a cheap car when I could have paid for a SUV like I originally wanted.. Not that anything will come of this but your sales team and finance man need a lesson in Honesty and customer service. Shameful on all of you! Tracy Gable

The car dealership was good and all the staff were...

The car dealership was good and all the staff were FABULOUS. I just felt bad because they had no air conditioning for the last two weeks. So the staff by far gets "THUMBS UP" because not one was complaining. TJ was awesome and very good at what he does. I will definitely recommend my friends to come visit. No Chris was there....

We were treated very well by all the staff. Wayne was able to show us the vehicles we wanted to see. The focus was always on the price of the vehicle and not what we wanted for a "monthly payment". In the end, the financing took longer than we're used to, our payment was less than what was originally discussed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.

Thanks for everything, Jose and Chris were great. I have had my new Forte about 1 week and love it. My husband is a large man and he is comfortable in this car. That was surprising to me. I would recommend Hickory Hollow Kia to my friends, I already have actually.

I recently bought a 2011 Optima, and both Nick and Doug...

I recently bought a 2011 Optima, and both Nick and Doug turned what could have been a bad situation into a very positive experience. The staff is great, with no high pressure sales tactics or any of the usual sleazy dealer tricks. They made absolutely sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and I am. Kia vehicles have come a long way from the basic "no frills" reputation they used to have, and I hope to drive my Optima until the wheels fall off. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.
