Wayne was very nice at first, then he turned to all the dirty tricks that you might expect from a car salesman. I told him upfront that I was only there for a test drive and pricing info. After providing the typically bad first offer, he tried different "techniques" to force me into the sale. He said that since I wasn't ready to puchase immediately that I must not like him personally. He tried to make me sign an agreement to buy the car before he would go back to his manager for a better offer. He tried to guilt me into buying the car by saying that I implied I would buy it, when I was honest and upfront about not making a same day purchase. Now, during his 2nd call to my cell phone, he has told me that they are low on their quotas this month so I should come purchase to help them out. This guy plays dirty. I will buy the car, it just won't be from him.

Better overall experience than I expected, usually detest...

Better overall experience than I expected, usually detest car dealers, but everyone there made me feel comfortable, even the finance guy! Jeff was friendly and helpful answering all my questions, and giving me helpful hints and advice. Didn't get to see CHris tho?!

The minute I pulled in the parking lot, not only my dealer, but all of your staff made me feel at home. Joseph was very friendly and was able to answer every question I had! He was AWESOME! The whole car buying process was fairly quick. Thanks for a great car buying experience!!! I will refer all of my friends to Kia!!

Feel free to contact me. I have texts from the sales man and emails from the dealership to back up my claims. $149 and a job? Nope. How many others have they taken blatant advantage of. I feel raped after doing business with them and the issues are STILL not resolved and it's been 2 months!!!

I'm very sorry that we weren't able to provide a positive experience. We do our best to help all of our customers find a vehicle that meets all of their needs and treat them with respect. Unfortunately we were unable to find the right vehicle for you. I'm sorry that you feel taken advantage of. We did everything we could to help you, even provide a vehicle for you to drive for free for several weeks while we searched for a vehicle that met your criteria. We terminated the salesperson that you dealt with because he failed to communicate what was going on and did not give you the respect you deserved.

The first new car I ever bought was the Kia Optima, purchased from the Rivergate store. I have just purchased my 2nd Kia from the Hickory Hollow store and decided on the Kia Forte Koup, which I absolutely love ! I had a fantastic salesman, Wayne Upshur, who was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made the normally daunting task of buying a new car very smooth and easy. The finance guy (dont remember his name) was also very friendly and efficient. So, thank you Wayne and Kia Hickory Hollow ! Joseph, You were the BEST salesman that I have ever...

Joseph, You were the BEST salesman that I have ever dealt with...although this is only my second car, I wanted you to know that I was VERY pleased. Honestly, going into this car buying situation, I wasnt really too excited that I was looking into KIA. My parents have always owned Lexus or BMW. Carnival Kia was my last choice. When I came to your lot, like most, had a negative thought about the Kia car...I thought they were crappy. I thought they were not powerful. I thought they were overall pieces of junk...I must say, when I got into the car, I was very surprised. It was the BEST looking car I had seen in a very long time. I actually liked it better than my parents 7Series BMW...I took it to my parents house last night so that they could see the car...and they said the same - they liked it better than the BMW...they loved the way it drove, they loved everything about it....anyways, I hope you could do me the biggest favor and foward this email to your boss and corporate offices! I called Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia because of the...

I called Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia because of the commercials that say if you have $149 and a job you can drive off the lot with a new Kia. I spoke to Tabitha on Tuesday and explained to her that I had been involved with a man who stole my car. I told her that I wouldn't have any money until I got paid on Friday, but I needed a car on Wednesday. She told me that would be fine. I had my step-mother drop me off at the dealership Wednesday morning. I was hoping to get a Kia Sportage, but the payments were too much for my budget. I ended up with a Kia Forte. I really enjoy my Forte. It's cute, roomy, gets good gas mileage, and it provides a quiet, smooth ride. I went back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia a week later and Tabitha set up the bluetooth in my Forte. I had a great experience at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a car last June from Hickory Hollow Carnival...

I purchased a car last June from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia. Tabitha was very helpful and patient as she helped me find a car that suited my daily and financial needs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on all of the cars that I was inquiring about. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone! I would also recommend that you look for Tabitha Fowler when you go there!

This was the third dealership that I went to and they...

This was the third dealership that I went to and they approved me to have a new car not used, so this is my first real car! Thanks KIA. I didnt think it was possible but they allowed me to leave from their lot with a new vehicle and the salesman Doug was absolutely customer first.

Good experience from start to finish. Everyone at Hickory Hollow Kia was most accomodating for any request I asked. Quality automobile for the price. I'm extremely happy with the purchase I made. Shawn LeFever was very easy to work with and available when I needed him. I'll be glad to refer others.
