I was satisfied with my experience at Carnival Kia. Wayne was the best car salesman I'd ever encountered. The process was quick, precise and professional. I would reccommend anyone to goto Carnival Kia and ask for Wayne. I am enjoying my new car fully.

I can't say enough about my experience at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia!! I had a horrible experience with Suzuki of Nashville and I was dreading walking into a car dealership ever again. Boy, was I surprised!! My experience with Carnival Kia was absolutely AWESOME!! Jose did every thing he could to meet my needs and put me in the car of my dreams!! The rest of the Hickory Hollow Carnival team were also excellent!! If you are looking for a great car, with friendly people, with no pressure to buy - this is the place to come!! I'm loving my new car!! Thank you so much!!!

I found that my experience there was very comfortable. I was only there for about three hours and Wayne worked on my sale until he was able to find a way to get me financed. I recommended Wayne to a friend of mine and she went and got her a car the next day or the day after.

My overall experience was great. The salesman was friendly and didn't try to push a car on me that I didn't want. Everyone there was friendly and spoke and made sure that I was comfortable and had anything I needed. The Finance Manager was nice and explained everything to me and made it very clear to understand the whole process.

TABITHA WAS INCREDIBLE! The process was the best I have ever had with buying a car. I called Tabitha on a Wednesday to discuss different options I was interested in. She called back promptly and set up an appointment within 2 days to see a car she had just received at another lot. I signed for it that day. Tabitha was great because she made her co-workers aware of what I was looking for and one of them actually made her aware of the car I bought as soon as it arrived at the lot. The entire process of working with Tabitha to working with the finance team was incredible! If I ever need to buy another car I will DEFINATELY be going to Carnival Kia!

Good overall experience at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, first time there! Mr. Eckhardt was helpful and I would recommend this dealership. My only recommendation would be to allow the customer to see and/or test drive any vehicle they are interested in buying.

I was previous owner of a Sorento. I love the vechicle so I upgraded to a new vehicle. Sales rep did everything I wanted. Dealership was friendly and accomodated my needs. I was in and out within a couple of hours which was my goal. Other customers asked what I liked about KIA so I gave them the facts: its a great vehicle.

The salesperson was friendly, knowledgable, persistent, and either hard of hearing or not familiar with the English language. The salesperson was easy to talk to and he listened to what I wanted. He was very accommodating and giving me every possible option for completing a sale. The problem was that I told him early on that I was not interested in buying a car, but he continued as if I had not spoken. He was informed of my determination not to make a purchase many, many times, and still he ignored me. He quoted statistics and showed every indication that he wanted to make a sale in spite of my stated determination not to make a purchase. If not for the frustrating and irritating habit of ignoring my wishes concerning a sale, my experience was very positive.

We have been talking about down-sizing our car due to the high mileage we had on our van and the way gas prices are going up. We are also thinking of retirement soon. We did not intend to buy anything when we stopped by Carnival Kia to look, but Jeff Shipp was doing his job and we ended up buying a new Kia.
