Oil change/lube - 96 Lincoln Town Car

I have had my 94 Crown Vic sedan serviced at County Ford in the past and have been pleased with the service and staff. They were couretous and professional. Will be using their services in the future.

2013 Ford Taraus

Never have a problem with service, it's done correctly the first time. The only reservation is the prices you all charge for various jobs that need to be performed! For example, I was told that my 60,000 mile maintenance would cost me $600.00 at the dealership, I thought that was a little extreme for what was needed so I asked around and found that I could get the SAME service done with the same type of equipment for $275.00, so guess what? Just a little difference, right?

Quality of re

I called Charity on Mon at the service department and requested to purchase two tires for the front of my edge,front end alignment, and oil change which I needed by friday. She advised me she had would have to order my tires and may not get them by Friday but would call if she could find them.She called me the next day she had found my tires and could take care of all my needs that day, (boy was I relieved) her and the service department are always great.

Oil change done well

My experience was great. I'm at AAA member and forgot my coupon. The front desk lady allowed me to print it off. I found that extremely nice as she did not have to do. Everyone was nice, did their job efficiently and I was out in less than an hou . I'll be back for my next oil chang .

They are very friendly and helpful with your need

I purchased a 2014 Town and Country and the only thing that I wasn't pleased with. ..is I wasn't offered a extra warranty now. I was told that I have to do it on my own but for me it would have been easier to include it in the car paperwork when I brought it. I'm pleased with the customer service and the support that Angel White has been with me. Even Mark Horner has been extremely nice even though I didn't purchase the vehicle with him. Over all I'm pleased with services I have gotten EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY PARTAND I still don't have a warranty on my 2014 Town and Country van. Thanks for the best service!
