Had a good experience buying a new bronco. Clean offices and sales persons very knowledgeable about workings of new car. My sales person was great and very friendly.

Extremely high pressure sales. Just wanted to look at a vehicle and they try to enter you into their system and want to photocopy driver's license. This is just to look at a vehicle. If I wanted to drive it, sure you can photocopy my license and "enter you into the system." Also, they had another sales guy aggressively jump and flip open a folder asking me about "my trade" when all I wanted to do was look at a vehicle. Super aggressive and in your face sales crap that no customer wants to be subjected to. Have purchased two vehicles from their sister store, Stearns Ford in Burlington and the experience there was just fine.

I drove thru County Ford in Graham, NC looking at used trucks. I found 2 that I wanted to get asking price. I went in even though it was closing time. They were very happy to stay and help me. I ended up trading in my Honda CRV for a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT. I love it !!! I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

My parents drove 2.5 hours to this dealership and they still price-gouged them.
