Thanks Nissan

Everybody wants life to be perfect after buying a new or used car . Unfortunately that's not how it works, but good news! if you go to GL Nissan you will be treated fairly. There's no arm-twisting, or shady deals going on. I told them what I wanted , but I really couldn't afford the payment on it . So I settled for a good used car that I could afford the payments. So I'm happy now. Will the engine blow next week? It might, but it's just a car and I ain't taking it with me when I die. Nissan gave me a car I could afford. By the way, If your credit isn't the greatest Nissan has a high approval rating to get you financed. Also ,having a trade in or some down payment always goes along way with banks. When we closed the deal it was pain-free. We didn't have to cut 5 trees down to get the paperwork done. Thanks Jake and also the business coordinator.

Bought a 2021 Nissan titan XD. From Michael Majerek about a month ago. Mike was very help full getting paper work done so truck could be delivered to me on a timely fashion. Mike Has followed up with me several times to make sure all is working correctly good person to work with.

The finance department misrepresented the “wrap around...

The finance department misrepresented the “wrap around bumper to bumper warranty” when they omitted the fact that I would be financing an extra $3450 for said aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty. Only upon trading the vehicle in six months/3k miles later, did I find out I was in fact charged/financed for an aftermarket warranty. The general manager and the finance department both responded by stating; “well you signed the papers”, I sent an email to the general manager requesting documentation of the “deal” on the vehicle and left a voice mail, no response. When the pay structure of the finance manager is incentivized (meaning they benefit financially) to up sell warranties, its no wonder they omit or misrepresent material facts. Had I known I was being charged for this extra warranty I would have declined. This is shameful behavior expected from a no name shady used car lot.

Bought a car from Gurley Leep 30 days ago. Within those 30 days, I drove about 200 miles only. The car died 24 days after purchase and I heard some scrapping sound when I would change gears so I took the car to their service team for a checkup. They charged me $150 to just take a look and “attempt” to fix anything. They did not fix anything, told me that the battery needs to be replaced and that everything else was fine with the car. I decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion elsewhere(for free!!!) and they told me both my battery and my alternator were BAD. Gurley Leep sold me a car with a bad alternator, charged me a $150 to just take a look at my car and lied to me about the alternator. So now I have to replace both the battery and the alternator. You would think a company like that would not sell you a bad car, but alas. Definitely had a terrible experience, would not buy another car from them and strongly do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, their service team is terrible; they do not diagnose your issue but charge you still.

Try too scam us on our Plantium Warranity over a thousand then got it down too 428.00 After picking up my grandsons car came home and ALL GAS WAS OUT And MAYJOR LEAK. gas filter replaced and now car is sitting. 😡😢 WORSE SERVICE !!!

0 stars. The worst experience I have ever had and a huge regret purchasing a vehicle from them and giving them all the money we had saved. Do not give them your business. They lie. They are not professional and they could.care less about you as a person or your situation once they get your money. They will sell you a junk car.
