When my wife brought the car in and said a front tire was losing air, she was sent away because the TPS light was not on. The reason the light wasn't... on was because she had just put air in. They refused to look at the tire and sent her away. She also said their comments made her feel stupid. A week later after returning from vacation, the tire was completely flat. When we took it this time and they actually looked at it, they noticed a cracked wheel. Had they serviced the car when first requested we would have been happy. The refusal to even look at the car is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.
My primary reason for visit was for North Carolina State Annual inspection. Subsequent to my 2 hour drive to Winston, this item was not completed. Other... items needed attention: tires, brakes, software update which were completed.
Personal service, no high pressure sales pitch, Thomas is a very knowledgeable sales person, asked what I was looking for and provided exactly what I asked... for, no attempt at add ons I didn't want. As a senior citizen I've purchased a lot of cars over the years, Volvo's for the last 25 years, and this was the best experience I ever had. The only other similar experience was also a Volvo dealer, Farrell Motors of Southboro, MA. The owner has since retired and sold the business.

New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they initially... had offered her one thus altering her workday at the last minute. Tire pressure monitor light on and VCWS turns it off finding no problem with tires. 2 days later TPM light on again and nail is removed/tire plugged at local tire dealer. Despite repeated service at recommended intervals at this dealer and requests to have tires rotated as needed the only comment on service paper work was "light tire wear." At 39k oil change Jiffy Lube detects severe irregular wear along the inner aspect of multiple tires and recommends return to Volvo for possible warranty issue. VCWS is dismissive and denies making any errors. The next day all four tires replaced and camber/alignment appropriately repaired at Greensboro Volvo with excellent customer service. No reason for us to decline service on a fleet car as it is covered by fleet company. These guys have poor customer service and poor tire expertise.

I returned to purchase my second Volvo and was very disappointed with my experience this time. The salesperson was new and not knowledgeable of the vehicle... I was interested in. Features of the car were not explained and I left not knowing how to use all the features. The process was quite slow. The one exception to the process was James in the finance Department. He was very efficient and helpful!
Kyle Coro was my salesman. He made us feel very comfortable. Financing was quick and easy. Every member there was professional and friendly. Best car... buying experience I've ever had (and I have had a lot of them).

My experience at Volvo of the triad was great from the first time I entered till buying my vehicle. Les Young, general manager was very committed to helping... me get a vehicle I liked. William Robertson was my salesman very kind, knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had about the XC 60. James Fordham in finance made signing paperwork easy as he was able to explain all aspects as we went through the signing process. Ralph, the service manager congratulated me on my new xc60 as did Joe and Todd in service. All staff was very kind and was happy to help. At the time of delivery my XC60 had a "PINK" bow on top!!! All around OUTSTANDING experience!!
