    I had gone in to get a pre owned R Design which was initially a owner car and was not with the dealership. They said they cannot g down on the price as there is no margin. But later after a month the car was got into the dealership and they gave me the first opportunity to buy the car before putting it online for the rest of the market. That was pretty helpful and shows how concerned they are for customer satisfaction. The quality service and promptness in replies is very good. I was helped by William Robertson from sales department who was my point of contact during the entire process described above. He is not only technically skilled but also has lot of patience to be in touch and answer every question I had. I would definitely recommend the dealership if the choice of your new car is Volvo.

    I bought my first "big girl" purchase from here, which was a 2016 Hyundai Sonata! I had been looking online at this car at multiple places, but this was my first stop. As you can see, I didn't go anywhere else! Everyone was so helpful and nice! They made buying my first car far less scary and stressful!

    Kyle, Scott, and James made my car-buying experience a positive one. I am a loyal Volvo driver--this makes my 4th one--so there's no question in my mind about the quality of car that I purchased. I came from an hour away to visit Volvo Cars of Winston-Salem for the first time. Kyle took lots of time with me to help me find exactly what I wanted. He was very personable, and I felt like I made a new friend on top of finding the perfect car. Scott (aka Big Texas) was also quite helpful and fun. He helped me get to my target price without making me feel hassled, which was very important to me as a single woman buying a car by myself. James was professional and friendly, and he made the paperwork part of the purchase nice and smooth. All-in-all it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. :)

    We needed a replacement for our 1998 Volvo S90. Kyle Coro first helped us decide between the S60 or S80, and my wife chose the S80. The 2015 S80 we tested was in excellent condition, so we decided on it. I can't say enough about the help Kyle gave us. He was always courteous and attentive to our wishes. Thanks, Kyle.     Volvo of the triad is the only car dealership that I will continue to do business with in the future due to their approach to sales, ease and simplicity of buying, no hassle pressure and various options for the Consumer in regards to service and financing. Scott has been my sales consultant over the last five years. Scott personalizes dealership visits with new and old clients by getting to the bottom of what they want and tailoring visits to get the maximum use of time. Mark and Les use a tagteam approach by helping the sales consultants with the clients visions. They truly simplify the car buying process and want to find solutions to help. Service visits are the same, Dayle & Ralph work hard to make sure you're welcomed and the quickest possible customer service is granted.
