    I visited the dealership while scouting for competitive pricing on a Ford F150 Platinum. While driving through the lot, I was met by two salesmen riding... a golf cart. One of the salesmen got out of the cart, introduced himself as 'Caesar', and asked if he could help me. After telling him what I was looking for, he immediately pointed me in the direction of the specific Ford models that were located on the lot. He told me to look at the various vehicle colors while he retrieved the keys to accommodate an internal view if needed. Upon his return, he noticed that I was looking at a red Platinum model truck, opened the doors with the remote key, and began to explain the vehicle systems. I was very impressed at the high level of knowledge he had as he explained all of the vehicle functions. He answered all of my preliminary questions and continued to give me assurance that CrossRoads Ford was not the 'average' dealer. Caesar explained the different payment options as he asked about my budget and payment expectations. I gave him my maximum payment expectation and he said he would research options for me. As a result of 'Caesar's' genuine concern, I decided to take the next step of my process by notifying my wife and requesting a test drive. When I told 'Caesar' my intensions, he stated that he would stay at the dealership as long as I wanted due to my wife's work day ending at 6:00pm. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at approx. 6:35pm and to my surprise, the vehicle was now located in the front and ready for us! I was very pleased the test drive while 'Caesar' explained the truck systems along our route. Once back at the dealership, 'Caesar' offered refreshments as he began to work on a final quote that matched our ability to pay. He came back in a very timely manner and to my disbelief, met our payment goal! I was literally blown away with the efficiency of the staff! My wife and I decided to buy the vehicle the same day!!! The buying process was very efficient and timely. The finance person, 'Angie', was a gem! She gave us options as we signed the appropriate paperwork and seemed genuinely concerned about our purchase. This process was very quick, easy, and stress-free!!! After signing the papers, we were met by the manager, 'Brian', who was very polite and well mannered. He expressed genuine gratitude for choosing CrossRoads and told us to let him know if we had any questions or issues. I must say that 'Brian' and his staff treated us like family while at the dealership and I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thank You for Incredible Service!

    Let me start by saying this will be somewhat of a mixed review. My daughter’s Ford Fusion had a recall for the passenger side airbag, it seems that if... it deploys, it could cause bodily harm or death to the passenger. This recall has been on the books for a while so I made sure that for the last 6-9 months, none of her friends were allowed to sit in the front seat. Letter from Ford comes in that it’s time to schedule the repairs because the parts are in. I call crossroads and schedule for the following Wednesday. Drop the car off in the morning and get picked up to go to work. Get a call 2 hours later, car is ready (that was fast, I’m pleased). Pick up the car, the advisorcwalks me out, I ask him if everything is ok, he says (I’m paraphrasing) yes it’s all good, we replaced one thing but we need another part to finish. I ask, SO ITS SAFE TO HAVE A PASSENGER IN THE FRONT.......he replies, yes it’s perfectly safe. I leave and head home, tell my daughter she’s good for passengers. The Friday night it occurred to me he never gave me a copy of the work done so I figure I’ll head in Saturday morning and get one. The advisor is not there so I speak to a second one, I explain I’d like a copy of the work done. He checks the computer and looking at his expression I know something is not right. Turns out nothing was done ****They didn’t have the part on wednesday*****. You’re kidding me right?? Thankfully they had the part then and got the car fixed that day. The original advisor told me it was safe to have a passenger in the front seat when knowing full well it wasn’t. I’m not sure how anybody else feels about that but it was a huge deal to me. Putting people’s life at risk....seriously? He could have just said, I’m sorry but we don’t have the part.......I wouldn’t have been happy but I would have set another appointment. Firstly don’t set appointments when the part isn’t in and MORE IMPORTANTLY don’t tell people that a part was changed making a life threatening defect safe when it clearly isn’t. Hopefully I was the only one told that.

    1 Timothy 6:10 King James Version (KJV) 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith,... and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. This Corporation harbors thieves. The Ford location in Kernersville, NC stole parts off my truck and tried to put used parts from a local auto salvage on my truck. I was charged for the used part and had to replace the parts when I finally got my truck to Tn by transport. The corporate people are as big as liars as the thieves in the service department. The guy that owns these dealerships claims to be a Christian, but this is not how Jesus does things. That road to heaven shall be straight and narrow. Stealing from your fellow man and singing in the choir on Sunday is probably not what Jesus meant. Friends who are viewing this post, do yourself a favor and run as far from this organization as you can.
