Horrible service department.

Horrible service department. Was told they were reaching out to Ford for guidance on a problem with my Explorer. Crossroads would not return my calls until I pleaded with the service advisor to at least call me back to acknowledge he received my voicemail. Was told I needed to bring by Explorer in so they could upload data to send to Ford. I called and asked when I should bring it in and if the same service adviser needed to see the vehicle. Again, no return calls. After waiting 2 weeks I called back and requested service manager to send all information to another dealership in Winson-Salem, closer to where I live so they could work on the problem. They reached out to Crossroads only to find out from the service adviser that they had never contacted Ford. In fact the only thing they ever did was check the battery charge in my Explorer to see if it was causing the problem. I was never rude, hateful or in anyway abusive to any of the service staff. Still unsure why the would do practically nothing to solve an issue and then lie about reaching out to Ford. I..WILL..NEVER..BE..BACK.


The service department answered my call when transferred

The service department answered my call when transferred to them and they were able to work my vehicle in the very next day. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and stayed after closing so I could pick it up. This is my first dealings with them and so far they have been customer first oriented. I hope they keep it up because I have been let down by 2 others.

To this point, 3 days after pick up I am very pleased with the quality of repairs performed. The staff from point A to the end was exceptional. I will continue to take my Ford Fusion to Crossroads Ford for service and repairs.

I had a problem with the heat A/C not blowing correct

I had a problem with the heat A/C not blowing correct temperature out both vents. Spoke To MiKe Cusasck about it I took it in and he got it fixed and back on the road in a quick response that I appreciated very much. If I have any other problems he will be who I go to.


2022 F-150 Purchase

The dealership was great. However, I am extremely annoyed at Ford corporate failing to communicate that they were removing standard features and options from my ordered truck. At the time I ordered my truck, Ford corporate sent me an email confirming that they had received my order. However, a few weeks later when they decided to unilaterally change that order by removing the optional Nav system and the satellite radio system (and something else that I forget), I received no notice that Ford had changed my order. As I received other messages from Ford as the truck progressed through the process, no mention of the changes was made. It wasn't until I happened to pull up an electronic version of the window sticker that was going to be on my truck that I noticed the credits for the missing standard features and the lack of a nav system. I searched the internet and found references to the changes in the automotive press, so Ford told some reporters, but neglected to contact their actual customers. So it was only by sheer luck that I found out about the changes prior to arriving at the dealership. Poor business practice.
