    We have purchased 2 vehicles at the Dickson location. To sum this up faster we purchased extended warranties with both. My 2019 F250 encountered front... end wobble. It was a recall from Ford and when the recall was completed they charged me for tie rod ends and install. This was covered under extended warranty but should have been covered under recall according to service writer. Had no choice but to pay the deductible so I could get the vehicle back. Today I called to get a price on oil change and service. Was told $170? For oil change and service. Last time was about the same and was a shocking increase from the $130 the last few times. They claimed new ownership was the price increase. I called another dealership today and same multi point inspection, oil change and tire rotation was quoted at $98. Beaman Ford in Dickson TN will never have my buisness again ever. What a way to treat customers that have spent $170K on vehicles the last few years.

    I purchased a new car and the tires rode rough. Took it back 2 times and they claimed it was flat place in the tire. Have 400 miles on it and still rides... rough.

    I went in owning my 2014 F150 for only six months. I had an expectation that they would tell me that I couldn't trade and that I was too upside down to... even deal with. But no, they helped my find a truck, get my old one appraised, and I rolled away in my new 2015 F150

    In my pursuit of a nearly new edge I found my favorite color and all the options I wanted on cars.com then to top it off the best buying experience I ever... had at beaman in dickson they treated me like I was their next door neighbor and had known me all my life and I am 67 years old everyone there was great, I recommend them highly.

    We are from Texas and travel the country living full time in our 5th wheel trailer. When we needed the brakes serviced on our 2006 F350, we were staying... just outside Dickson, TN. so decided to give Beaman For a try. From the moment we talked to the first service person to make the appointment to the time we left, we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration that anyone could possibly respect. They even offered a loner car at no cost to us since the service was going to take several hours. We accepted this offer and were provided with a nice clean 2011 Crown Victoria during the time required for service at no additional cost. The dealer service area is not real large but is adequate for a dealership this size and it is very clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. When setting up the appointment, the service tech said she would order all the parts that may be required,based on their analysis of the symptoms, so they would have the parts available when we arrived for our appointment 2 days later. We were only charged for the parts required and they accomplished the repair in the time quoted. This was an excellent service experience.
