Early 7/24/2023 after a house call from a mechanic who gave me the news, my 2005 Prius was most likely not going to recover. Suspecting such news, I was already searching for a replacement the night before when I found Mable, a Ford Explorer! I hurried to Saitta Trudeau Dealership early the same morning to have a look! I was early and hanging out at the dealership front door, when a friendly person said Good Morning and ask if he could help. I sure hope so I said and was seated at the desk of John Mitchel. This turned into a miracle! I am 85 and have had many unpleasant experiences at dealerships, but this one was not one of them! John Mitchel was so kind and understanding ,knowledgeable and yes friendly. This was an unexpected pleasant transaction! If you find yourself in a such a situation, hurry to this dealership and ask for John Mitchel! You will not regret it!!! BAM is happy!

AVOID TO BUY FROM THIS LIERS ,they very unprofessional and rude, they markings vehicles over MSRP and trying to get you spend more money than any other dealer, also they didn't deserve allocations from FCA because they have bad selling strategy , go elsewhere.

this dealership gave misleading information to a 74 year old retired woman and when her bank and her questioned them and decided not to buy the car they kept her 1000 dollars for no reason. dishonest business stealing from a 74 year old retired woman.

Bought Mazda 3 that had bad struts and shocks. Needed minor work which I was not made aware of. Other than that buying experience was ok

it appears that this dealership is rich beyond belief. They are not willing to work with local folks in purchasing a vehicle. Las Vegas will be where I by my truck. I probably will be treated better by the sales manager who is not willing to work with you.
