I am Tommie Gill and I was driving my car last Thursday...

I am Tommie Gill and I was driving my car last Thursday on the July 8th on a trip from Phoenix back to Las Vegas and I started hearing a loud noise on the left side as I drive. I took my car here Friday and dropped it off. I was told I would have an answer Tuesday as to what is wrong with my car. Today I called and now Bailey tells me to extended my rental out to at least Thursday. It be different if Jim Marsh gas loaner cars for customers, but they don't. I have a warranty on my car and I didn’t buy my car there. But my warranty csnbe used at any Kia Dealership and I just need a honest answer about how long my car going to be there. Bailey told me I can take my car somewhere else. If I knew what was wrong with my car is one thing, but not knowing what is wrong and having to wait on an answer and not having a complimentary rental car is not right. If Bailey was in my shoes, he would want his car too. Money is not an issue. But they can at lease find out what is the problem and give me options about what I need to do to get my car back. I know once I get out of my warranty period. I will not go to any Kia Dealerships for anything. I will not buy another Kia again because this is too much for me.

We always bring our Sedona to the service department for major items, this time brakes. Prior to COVID we also used them for scheduled maintenance but not having the flexibility anymore, has us going elsewhere now. Jim Marsh service prices are ALWAYS cheaper than other mechanics. And they do a great job and wash the car when done.

So I came in to buy my very first car and Megan...

So I came in to buy my very first car and Megan unfortunately I don’t recall her last name approach us and made us feel so welcomed. Answered my questions and was patience with everything, understood my concerns and was caring and understanding, this was also her first car sell under her belt! Congratulations to her as well. She was helped by Arsenal I believe is his name and then everyone was just incredibly professional and courteous! I even appreciated the free jar of fresh honey from the local Las Vegas farm, thank you Jim Marsh! I do not recall the customer service manager woman but she was fabulous as well, showing me all the buttons and contraption in the new vehicle! It was great even the showroom floor building was absolutely wonderful and enjoyable to look at all the fun sculptures! Thank you all to everyone’s professionalism!

Excellent Customer Service!We received an email about a...

Excellent Customer Service! We received an email about a special event so we decided to check it out. We were greeted immediately and given instructions on how to sign up for the event. After that, Zach showed us around and helped us understand the features of each car and let us look at each car without any pressure. The facility was busy because of the event so it was a little bit of a wait for the finance department but we were quickly taken care of once it was our turn. This is the second time that we have purchase from Jim Marsh Kia and will definitely plan on coming back when we are ready for another car!

My sales person, Zach, was very knowledgeable and was diligent in helping me find the car of my dreams! The financing office, especially Sal, did what he could to help me stay at a manageable monthly payment. The "gentlemen's club" type decor provided amusement for me and my sister while my brother loved it! I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Purchased 2020 Kia Sorento in 2019, 3rd vehicle from this...

Purchased 2020 Kia Sorento in 2019, 3rd vehicle from this dealership. Would never recommend or purchase another vehicle from them. Finance person kept saying since you're such a good customer, you are 'entitled' to receive named all. I thought it was free until I got home and read the find print. Went back took everything off he added and he took off all free maintenance! I have to pay for oil changes!!!
