Ok 1 Big problem with JIM MARCH KIA ! I asked several...

Ok 1 Big problem with JIM MARCH KIA ! I asked several times not to run my credit more then once. If you don't know hard inquiry stays on credit reports for 2 long years and lower your score.JIM MARCH KIA ran my credit through 3 different banks. I went in to ask why they said just trying to find the best rate.You would think that a dealership of this size would know which bank will give the best rate but apparently not. When I complained they offered absolutely nothing to compensate for there mistake. Not even a free oil change. UNBELIEVABLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
