They had my car for 2weeks but the technicians and mechanics did an excellent job on my car accident I got into. I highly recommend anyone who needs a repair to their cars to go Jim Marsh!!

We were at another Kia dealership before heading there (...

We were at another Kia dealership before heading there ( Centennial was way too far for us ), my husband called, spoke to Julio, he was already impressed with Julio, then Wesley, We headed there for a chance of comparing deals. We were impressed of their office, It doesn't feel like you're in a dealership, It's like being inside an old Casino . We loved their decoration and collection, since my husband is into the same thing, we felt comfortable. Chris met us and took care of us,he was awesome ! He was easy to talk to and very friendly.. Chris gave us the options based on what we told him, Arsenio helped us in the final dealings, he sealed the deal. We are very happy with our new car and didn't regret traveling that far. I'm also impressed that I'm still getting calls and emails from everyone after the sale, it's a 5 star quality of service. We found our new family in that dealership. Thank you to everyone.

Our experience at Jim Marsh was excellent. Great customer service. Gino was our sales rep and he was friendly and very knowledgeable and played no games. I felt like we paid a fair price for the Sorento and we're given a better then fair price for our trade in. I would definitely recommend Jim Marsh Kia to a friend. Great job !!

I brought a new Kia Seltos. I drove it to Mississippi...

I brought a new Kia Seltos. I drove it to Mississippi where I am establishing my new residence. Ron “Cash” Twist was the salesman in the transaction. We was absolutely great to deal with. He’s a straight-talker and knows his stuff. I purchased the vehicle that same day. I soon thereafter drove across the country and promptly received my title paperwork to get the rig registered in Mississippi. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Twist and the Jim Marsh Kia team

Connor in Service was excellent. Polite, efficient and friendly. The wash department could do a bit more to give the vehicle a good wash and wipe down. Good waiting room and interesting antiques to view while waiting.
