Our salesman Gino was very helpful and kept in touch with...

Our salesman Gino was very helpful and kept in touch with us throughout our waiting for the right car. He didn't give up. Everyone from the manager down to the finance officer were all very helpful and not pushy (which I hate!). One of the better times I've had buying a car!

I've been a customer with Jim Marsh since 2007...We purchased a Kia Sorento, 2017, and been very pleased with employee, Todd, Service Dept...very customer service oriented...always pulled our record up, and let us know if we need maintenance or not..Unfortunately our miles are very low...he told us around what mileage to come back on...very good employee..

We had excellent service. I do think I could have saved...

We had excellent service. I do think I could have saved about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil change and checkups during the warranty period. Mini and BMW did that for me in the past. It would have been a nice gesture at least for the first 3 oil changes or check ups.
