Greg Grossman, in service dept, was so helpful. I’m in Fl and granddaughter in Ok for college. He handled everything and coordinated a loaner and worked w her schedule. Kept me informed along the way. Can’t tell you what a relief it was to have Greg on this for us. Treated her like family. She knows she can call him w an issue and he’ll help her. Peace of mind. Our purchase was totally facilated by our sales person

Our purchase was totally facilated by our sales person Alyson. We went just to test drive one car just to see if we would like to consider it for a future purchase. Alyson was a knowledgeable, low pressure sales person that won us over to buy that day. The dealership was friendly and proficient and a pleasure to do business with.

I went in to purchase a specific car, a TRAX, and that's

I went in to purchase a specific car, a TRAX, and that's exactly what I got. It's even an upgrade from my last one. Juan and Shawn were very helpful and attentive in what I needed and was able to get the deal that was best for me.

Dealership knew I was stopping to see a vehicle, when I

Dealership knew I was stopping to see a vehicle, when I arrived to look at vehicle, it was full of household items as a manager was using it to move from one house to another. He started removing empty water bottles, trash and some of the items so it can be test driven...WTH... Very unprofessional and the perception is what else do they use the vehicles for off hours? Do they use the trucks for off roading, sports cars to the track?

Jay took the time to understand what I was looking for

Jay took the time to understand what I was looking for and never pressured me into anything I didn’t want. He answered all my questions honestly which made the decision to purchase from him much easier. The test drive process was quick since I knew what I wanted before coming in to the dealership. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the finance team was very easy to work with. Jay reached out to me a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and see if I had any questions or concerns. If you're in the market for a new or used car and want a no-hassle and great customer service I recommend Jay at Classic Chevrolet Owasso!

I bought a used 2020 Chevrolet Malibu LT from this

I bought a used 2020 Chevrolet Malibu LT from this dealership in mid 2025. The sales experience was decent. I was working with Ronnie on this deal for about 2 hours before I was able to walk away with the vehicle to my name. The reason this took so long is because of my own due diligence and nothing less. I wasn't walking away with a deal I was going to be unhappy with. Ronnie was able to get me a 2nd key for this vehicle to close the deal as well as a platinum warranty. Unfortunately this is the part where my 3 star review comes in. According to Ronnie they don't service vehicles when they get them in so it took me about a week to actually get the keys and drive it home. Ronnie told me at my request that the wheels would be without scuffs and the front bumper would be clipped back in by the time they were all done. Turns out they took the hubcaps off but did not fix the scuffed/damaged wheels and only pushed the bumper back into place to look like it had been repaired. When I did get the vehicle finally I noticed there were some chips in the windshield that I had addressed and that was taken care of. I had to reach out to upper management to get these issued resolved which was Mike Warren. Mike was an awesome guy and made sure I was taken care of. The wheels got fixed and the cracks in the windshield were repaired. I never got the invoice for the service that was done before I got the keys like I requested. Lastly Jimmy Jones, Finance Director, threatened to repo the vehicle if I didn't get them my most recent paystub ASAP. I originally went back to the dealership to get a check I was owed and to speak with this financial director but unfortunately he wasn't there that day. Mike Warren said he would speak with this employee but not sure what may have come of that. At the end of the day I was okay with our outcome and the vehicle has been running smoothly.
