    I received a phone call after 9 pm from a blocked number from this dealership wanting to talk to me about selling me a car. This is the second night in... a row they have called me this late. What kind of company calls people this late, the answer is a company that doesn't care about their customers. I will never buy a car from this dealership or recommend it to anyone I know.

    I am getting disgusted with them running my credit all over town. I am not getting a car from them. I already have a Kia from there but that salesman that... sold it to me is gone. They tried to get me into another repo for a car I still owe on. I have credit already and don't need another finance company. I wil look for another place to trade my car at.

    Dewayne Matlock was my salesman and he was excellent. He listened to what I wanted, there was no high pressure which I loved. He got me financed with a... great rate. I was in and out probably within an hour and a half. Love my new Kia Soul!

    So everything was excellent. My only complaint was that for some reason the salesman believed I only wanted my name on the car title. Maybe I said that,... but I know we didn't need her name for the financing. In either case, I wanted it for the title and it was made out to be a really big deal even though they were not busy and we were the only customers there. And I did double check to see if they could add her to the title with the salesman and also the title guy. So a bad end to an otherwise good experience. Tip. Spend whatever extra time to make the customer happy.
