I would NOT recommend this dealership. I have dealt with nothing but unprofessionalism ever since I bought my car. After hiring someone to professionally... detail my car after purchase, hidden damage was discovered. They have been extremely rude and are not willing to fix it. Unfortunately it was not noticed until after I bought it. Since I payed a very good amount for my SUV, this should of been fixed. Now I am having things stop working on my car and they are trying to charge me a huge lump some, even with warranty. The whole back bumper and back door on my car had hidden damage and the paint job is pathetic. This dealership should of had no hesitation to fix my car after spending so much money on my SUV. Poor business and nothing but rudeness. I give 0 stars all around.

I was incredibly pleased with our recent buying experience all thanks to the very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Michael Encina! He made our... car buying experience a breeze with no high pressure and allowing us to fully explore our options! Much thanks to Uriel for taking the time to help us get settled in to all of the amazing features in our new GMC Sierra he was very thorough and greeted us with nothing but smiles and was very pleasant to deal with. The worse dealer to deal with after you purchase a vehicle. Sales peoplr were great. 2months later and less then 4000 miles I had to replace all the tires.... The manager Juan is the worse. I would never recommend this place tp anyone

This dealership is hands down the most difficult to deal with after the sale. I have spent thousands of hard-earned dollars with this company only to be... argued with when I have a very obvious warranty issue spanning multiple vehicles over multiple years. They are all smiles and couldn't be more helpful when you are there to spend money but after the sale it lacks deeply in comparison. I've had two vehicles in their service department for warranty repairs or recall services and I must say that I've never had a more difficult time getting obvious warranty issues taken care of at Keller motors. Unfortunately their employees are very contradictory of what is and isn't covered by the manufacturer and extended warranties and seem eager to perform services and attempt to charge for said services without proper authorization. I personally will never deal with this company again after giving them multiple chances over the years to provide a stress free experience. In closing I would say Keller motors is out for Keller motors and is not a genuine representative of General Motors, I feel like a fool for spending my money there and trusting them with my vehicles.

Some of us are first time car owners and do not know that when getting service on your vehicles can take ALL day. I wish that I would've known and been... offered a driver to take us somewhere from the beginning. We came from Avenal and got here at 8 am and it is now almost 3 and we are still waiting. They should inform you that it can take long if you need a ride they can take you!!!!

sence weve purchase are 2015 chevy trax we had a lot of prombles were told we had 100,000 miles warranty but that is not bumper to bumper so make sure... you get more warranty or your going to pay for it alot.....
