Drove truck to dealership for cam phaser replacement they told me 2800 and week to repair. 5 weeks being in their shop and they tell me the engine now... has a bad knock in it which it did not have when I took it there but knock occurred after they took it apart and put it back together now they inform me I need a new engine 8-9000 dollars and they tell there is nothing they can do. General manager does not have the common decency to speak with or meet me concerning ruining my engine in the truck.

I have had my truck at Advantage for at least 5 days now. The first couple days they forgot to order the part. So I pick up the truck until the part... arrives. I bring the truck back a week later for them to tell me there diesel mechanic is not qualified to change a valve cover gasket. Not to mention I waited 3 month just to get an apt with this under qualified mechanic. My wife bought her car from y’all and the service to sell was not bad cause y’all want to make a dollar. Trust me no one I know will be back there because apparently you can’t fix a thing an oil changes take you two an a half hours so thank you for the quality service.

I have heard mixed reviews personally over the past few years and honestly this is truly one of the best dealers in the area. Chris from parts is very... professional and is extremely knowledgeable. He knows many suppliers in the area and will always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The service center is frequently booked, so sometimes it may be difficult to get scheduled in quickly but it is truly worth it. I would definitely call in advance to get service scheduled. The shuttle driver is very friendly and knows the area very well. I see him around town and is a great representation of Advantage Ford and of Ford Motor Company. I genuinely feel the service team here goes above the calling of duty to make sure their prices are competitive and customers are satisfied.
