We had Harry as our sales man.

We had Harry as our sales man. Great guy very friendly no pressure kinda guy. The dealer meet our preferred payment/loan length and got a great trade in value for vehicle.

The worst experience I have received purchasing a

The worst experience I have received purchasing a vehicle. Lack of communication from all parties at the dealership. They forgot to send my paperwork (I am out of town) when the car was delivered and I still can't drive my car and get my Title. Also, they did not communicate with me concerning the delivery of my car and the transport company showed up with my vehicle at 9pm at night in the freezing rain without notifying me. The general manager called and I felt that he was playing the blame game concerning his dealership and the transport company which they hired. I paid cash for this vehicle and they did not have any problem communicating the receipt of my check.

Ended up charging $500 more than quote to repair. said it would be aroun $800 ended up being $1300

I brought my truck in to have a couple of concerns

I brought my truck in to have a couple of concerns addressed in the service department, and the entire experience was top notch from beginning to end. The gentleman who assisted when I dropped it off (I didn't catch his name) was super friendly and helpful. Harlow kept in touch with me as each concern was addressed and was amazingly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Gavin was manning the service desk when I picked my truck back up, and he was working his hardest to keep everything running smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as far as the staff was concerned. They were great!
