Prompt and friendly service

I purchased a used 2013 gmc YUKON from Weakley county motors. I found the deal on cars.com. The service was prompt and courtesy. They made the buying process smooth and prompt. During the test drive I had some concerns they promptly addressed . I recommend Weakley county motors for your next vehicle.

Last year I drove 120 miles to look at a 2007 Ford Escape...

Last year I drove 120 miles to look at a 2007 Ford Escape (for my college daughter) that had been on the lot for 6 months, unsold. Prior to my visit, my brother visited the dealership, saw the car, talked to salesman Ronnie Alexander and phoned me to say car was worth driving up for. I, then, talked to R A twice long distance, discussed it w/husband, decided to drive 2 hours to test drive the car and made appt w/R A. I arrived on time the nx day, testdrove car and spent 1 1/2 hrs @ dealership with R A. Offer was agreed upon and since I had no one to drive the car 2 hrs home, I told R A my husband and I would return the next day with cash to purchase car. I did not make a deposit to hold car (my mistake) but showed him my driver's license and credit cards to prove I was legit. I gave him my mobile and home phone numbers. He laughingly said he would call if anyone else looks at car b/4 my return the next day. Remember, the car sat on this lot for 6 months w/o being sold and I was paying cash. He called me an hour later as I was having lunch w/my Mom (nx town over) and said his brother Larry Alexander just sold the car to a couple who had been looking at it the same time I was there. I thought he was joking! I only saw 1 other person there my entire visit and never saw anyone looking at THAT car. I believe the Alexanders are dishonest, immoral and are prime examples of what a lot of people think of used car salesmen. It's unfortunate this dealership undermined me with such cowardly dealings. I grew up in that area and could have easily bought my daughter a new car w/cash. I will NEVER deal with these people again and have already told my family/friends in Weakley Co about their dishonesty. Frankly, I wonder how they stay in business. I bet the entire family is crooked. Also, this is a small college town and has a church on every corner. P. S. My contacts with Weakley County Motors took place within a one week time frame.
