    I had forgotten what a small town, family owned dealership could offer. My Sales Professional Bill Parker literally stopped at nothing in meeting my needs. We felt very comfortable with him from the word go! Not to be forgotten, Kris Somaru our Sales Manager genuinely expressed his elation that we were able to reach the deal I wanted. It was a fast, effective, and highly CUSTOMER DRIVEN experience! Miracle Ford has earned customers for life!!

    I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TV's, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know!

    I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back.     I started my search for a new "Used" Pickup over the weekend searching the internet. After using the Car Buying Service through USAA, I was contacted by Josh (Strain). He already know my personality by the information that I had submitted. He kept to his word that he was not a salesman and would give me as direct answers as I wanted not wasting my time or his. Josh really kept this fish on the hook. I'm a low patience, don't have time for games type of guy and I don't like feeling like I'm being played. Josh answered all my questions and even offered to keep me abreast of the vehicle I was interested in while I was out of town on business. I finished my business trip early and Josh set me up with an appointment the very next day. I arrived and "Coach" was expecting me. He handed me off to Daniel (which at first I was a little slighted by) but being the GM...he did exactly as I would have. Daniel proved to be more than accommodating and did not come off or present that "pushy salesman" persona. He let me look, listen, inspect and do all the things with the vehicle that I felt necessary before taking the plunge. After negotiating some things back and forth, I am happy to say that I am a proud owner of an 2014 F-150 King Ranch. I love the truck and I truly enjoyed the experience (or should I say...the LACK of that "pushy car salesman" that you see on TV and expect the minute your foot hits the pavement). Josh...I told Coach that you deserved some time out of your cage. Thanks again! Thank you all.

With the ease of shopping online, most of our customers begin their shopping this way. Our internet department is set up to do just as you said, give you the information you need to make sure the vehicle you're looking at will fit your needs and then set up an appointment for you to finalize your purchase. It's nice to see that Josh took it a step further. It's also nice to see that Coach and Daniel completed the transaction without making you feel pressured. Sounds like a win-win! Again, congratulations and thank you.

    I received impeccable customer service at Miracle Ford. Being a first time car buyer, I was a bit nervous but I was treated incredibly well by John James who managed to calm my fears with his impressive knowledge base and personable demeanor. Sandra in the finance department was also such a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and a great deal of fun to talk to. Both of these fine individuals made my experience at Miracle Ford such a pleasant one. I would happily purchase another vehicle here in the future if I could work with these two again.

    From the moment I pulled on to the lot, walked to the showroom, the salespeople were quick to make sure I was helped. My salesperson, Josh Pelican quickly introduced me to the GSM Jean Rollins who took time to hear what I was looking to accomplish and together they made it happen. Josh took his time to explain all the features, to listen to my concerns, and was neither pushy nor overly aggressive. Every time he pointed something out, he made sure I understood. I also had the privilege of meeting Jim Morgan and Jim Odell, which both were also kind and very helpful in getting me through the process both quickly as well as efficiently. If you are looking for a Ford, this is a place I would highly suggest that you visit- and make sure Josh helps you.

    Customer service made sure I got the car I wanted, I had been calling about this car and had my eyes on it for weeks. I came in for a test drive and bought it the same day. Josh made sure I had an awesome experience, he made sure my car was detailed before I left the lot and had a full tank of gas and he got me the best deal on my car he could. I was recommend by a friend who had just bought a car from there and I will be recommending them to the next person!!
