I was lied to and deceived by the SERVICE DEPT. I had an Alternator replace on my 2012 ford F-150. i was told what the alternator would cost and was told how much the labor would be to replace it. The labor was 50 dollars more than I was quoted and there a materials fee of 49 dollars added also. When I asked what materials were used all I was told was just different things. They were unable tell me exactly what these materials were. In others words the 49 dollars was just an add on charge. Iwill never go back to FOOTHILL FORD again for anything and I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Bruce Hedgecock

Foothills Ford/Kevin Powell
Went with doubt that I would get approved for vehicle. The staff/salesman was friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations and got me approved for a 2015 Chevrolet Spark!! I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Very Nice but?
As the ddi do an oil change in my car I bought from them the also looked at a tire sensor for me and said it wasn?t the right one then replaced it saying that it would work and still it doesn?t work now I have to pay to get it fixed again

The staff at this dealership are customer oriented
This dealership was totally different from any I experienced before. The sales associate Steven Draughn was unlike any I have encountered before.They were very low key, Steven didn't try to put me into any vechicle that I didn't need.What their commercial says is true.They have me as a customer for future purchases.My son is planning on shopping there soon.

Should have done my homework.
Sold me a truck that was worth 11,500 for $21,000 I should have studied and done my homework! I got screwed bad! Found out I could’ve got a brand new truck for $6000 more than what I owe on this truck And it’s 5 years old!! It’s amazing how they can tell the finance company that somethings got all the bells and whistles when it doesn’t!! Just to sell me the truck for more!! But I’m the one that signed the paperwork! Please don’t go to crazy Kevin Powell very high payments and they charge you double what the vehicle is worth!
