Customer service way below standard. Said they didn’t have me down for the appointment time and would need to be worked in so waited 31/2 hours for a... simple airbag recall; just not the standard it was under prior ownership
New ownership leaves little to be desired. Test drove a new jeep and found price advertised was too good to be true with bottom line out the door price.... Was even stiffed on the gift card for test driving the new Jeep and management would not respond. Steer clear of these guys.

I was able to meet the Owner who thanked us for coming to their home. Mallorie was so friendly and a true professional I really didn't feel like I had anything to worry about. I will highly recommend Jim Mills and Mallorie Foley! driving the extra hour was well worth it not to mention I saved $300 on the processing fee compared to the Roanoke and Lynchburg average. Went to buy a 2018 Jeep Renegade. They were having a great sale on the internet. Went in and boy things changed. Was gonna trade my car in and pay cash.... Was told credit was too good and they added another $7500 back on the sale price. Total B/S. I wouldn’t deal with these crooks!
2013 Jeep purchased new from this dealership. Last week I recieved a letter for two service recalls. I called the service department and they told me it... would be over 2 months until they would receive the parts to fix the recall???? Service advisor was rude! I just left the dealer Lynchburg they were able to fix the problem in 3 days!
I always took my Jeep here for oil change but will never again. They called themselves saving you money by selling you a oli change package but they dont... tell you that if you trade the jeep for another jeep that the oil change package will not transfer. It is still a Jeep just newer. Thanks for the help. No thanks. I will take my business to someone else.
My husband and I were looking for a 2012 Nissan Xterra, Jim Mills Nissan had a very nice one on the lot but was a little out of our price range. They were... quick to help us try and locate another one and have it sent to their location the next day if that was the route we wanted/needed to go. We offered a trade-in which we received a great trade in offer and was able to finance the Pro edition that I really wanted on the lot. The salesman was very nice, had a lot of patience for us, and went over the vehicle very well. He showed us the service department, and waiting area, and we never felt pressured into doing anything. We were very pleased with Jim Mills Nissan and would highly recommend them.
