I highly recommend purchase! Great service!

I went up to purchase to look at a used F-150 and was greeted by a smiling salesman willing to help at the door. They were happy to let me take a test drive and we’re very knowledgeable about the truck. Wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but had some questions I had answered and made me feel very welcome.

Old dog, new truck

I was in the area and it was the first dealership out of 7 that actually took the time to go outside and greet me. upon taking a test drive, Tre was great. Thanks man again. My F-150 I am still trying to learn the buttons.


Family like dealership, everyone super helpful

Patrick always helps me and lets me know exactly what needs to be done and the cost. Today I was in a pinch for time at lunch and he was able to get me in and out during lunch. Thank You So Much!!


Very Unprofessional

I never go this dealer shop no more. Employee’s is rude and manager is more rude. He don’t know how Can talk to customers. He trying to make easy money. I don’t like he’s serves. He charges more. I requested all people don’t go purchase Ford in Mayfild. KY


Terrible customer service

I came in last Saturday to look at a honda civic, which was priced over market value but the salesmen swoor up and down was the best deal ever, when I got there I was pawned off with a salesman that didn't know anything about the car or the car sales process, I requested they only run my credit once and they ran it 5 times which is ridiculous, and on top of that they valued my trade in at $500 less than what it books for in rough condition they said it has an exhaust leak which I believe is part of it being in rough trade condition I will not even think about considering this dealership in the future



Easiest dealership I ever worked with. Told them where I wanted to be trade in value, what I would pay for their vehicle, and monthly payment. My monthly payment with added warranties was mid road of my payment range. I drove 500 miles to this dealer, spent a week on vacation and still saved money from buying local. They made the entire process stress free, had all paperwork ready when I got there, had me inspect vehicle. Was in and out of there in less than an hour. John Plumley the salesman was awesome to work with, didn’t pressure me once, stayed in continual contact with me, even emailed me 2 days later to see if we got home safe as a storm hit the Midwest the day after we purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealer and salesman.



Tried to get price on one ton was told get back with price no call back I called again next day nobody knows anything very rude and unprofessional have five ford units no more

New owner destroying this dealership's reputation

Ordered a new Navigator and waited 6 1/2 MONTHS for it. Called Lincoln when the dealer said he had no idea where the vehicle was. Told Lincoln I had waited so long it might be a good idea to order a 2019 and cancel this order - but I did not cancel it. Received a call from the dealership the next day to tell me they had received a call from Lincoln and that I had cancelled the order. I said that wasn't true and I wouldn't cancel the order after waiting 6 1/2 months (and why would I call Lincoln instead of just calling the dealer to cancel). Two days later I received an unsigned note from the dealer saying I had cancelled the order through Lincoln and returned my deposit. It's pretty obvious they had sold the vehicle out from underneath me. They have no honor and could care less about their customers.


Purchase Ford in Mayfield Ky

We had a very good experience here. The staff was super friendly and did not try to “ up sell “ us or push us toward a car other than the one we came to look at. When the decision was made to purchase the car they were very helpful and gave us a decent deal on our trade in. If I need another vehicle in the future and they should have what I wanted I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
