Mauricio Suarez, the salesman totally ripped me off. I was Charged $14,000 to borrow $13,000 so now I owe almost $27,000 for a car thats only worth $13,000.... NO ONE, NO ONE went over the numbers with me. This place is a rip off. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.....

I was stranded out of town after taking a 10-hour trip and need service for my Nissan Altima. I called back to banister Nissan where I had purchased my... vehicle for guidance about getting assistance. They assured me that I could use my national factory warranty at any dealership in the country. So I took my vehicle to a nearby Nissan dealership in Louisville Kentucky. Once the vehicle was fixed I still needed assistance getting my car back to Virginia where I live as I was not able to make the 10-hour trip there and 10-hour trip back. Again I called the dealership and was assisted by Mike pulley and Brian Doctor who advised that I could get my car shipped back to me. I really appreciate it this since the dealership in Kentucky kept telling me that this was impossible and that I would have to make the trip myself to retrieve the car. Mike and Brian also help guide me in the process of getting the rental car that I needed covered without having to pay for it myself. Excellent customer service!!

I have tried buying a car from this dealer twice. The first time I was ready to drive 2 hours to buy the car and they couldn't find it and said they must... have sold it. I just tried to buy another car and I told the sales person I would buy it this Friday if the car looked good and the trade was good. The sales person said they needed a non-refundable deposit and I said I would give a non-refundable deposit without seeing the car but I would buy if terms were good. He never responded that day. Yesterday he sent email car was sold and I said I thought we were good since he didn't respond to my email Sunday. He said they had the car Monday and thought all was good but sorry now since he didn't hold it and they sold it yesterday. I am not happy.
I have never enjoyed the car buying process...but Tim Williams made this experience smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership and... salesman to anyone.
When I drove in the parking lot I was skeptical because I had a used car that I was not happy with after 3 months. Mr Giff was standing outside and I was... telling him the situation I was in with the car and he said, " I got you!" And after that everything was smooth sailing. The staff treats you like family. Oh yeah did I mention I drove off in a 2016 Altama! My first brand new car. Thanks Nissan of Chesapeake!
