I have bought 3 different cars from them and the last 2

I have bought 3 different cars from them and the last 2 I’ve bought you take them to get them serviced oil and filter change then a week or 2 later you are driving and and they tell you they have done it and then 2 weeks or so your service engine light comes on! Have they really done the work you ask and you call and they say of yea we must’ve forgot to reset it! Well I just traded in May and was getting ready to take a trip to Colorado and I called and they said it was good it was just changed right before I bought it! So we take off on our trip to Colorado and wouldn’t you know our check engine light came on and we had close to 3000 miles left on our trip! They do not do the service they say they do cause this is the 3rd time it has happened to me! I would not recommend for NOTHING! I’m feed up and will no longer be buying from Nissian Banister in Chesapeake!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a specific car and they

I scheduled an appointment for a specific car and they confirmed with me 2 times that I was still coming and never once mentioned that the car I requested to see the day before had sold. Which I feel is very dishonest. Atleast give me a call and say hey the car you wanted to see today sold but I think we have other things that will meet your liking. But they didn’t, that’s very dishonest, they tried to sell me a lesser car for more money. Unfortunately the girl helping me was honest and I wanted to buy from her but her managers weren’t good he said I will make a deal you can’t refuse and they would even drop the car more then 1500$ and took over an hour to tell their couldn’t refuse offer was not even that good of deal on a normal day. Just to reiterate I understand if someone wants to buy a car you have to sell it but you should call someone who scheduled an appointment and give them a heads up

Terrell Farley and the finance team were WONDERFUL!! the process was so flawless. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude. I am a military widow who was treated with so much respect and care and I am so appreciative. Will be back!!.

Great experience

Harry and AJ were awesome, professional, and attentive. They made sure that I was aware at every step what was going on with my vehicle. I felt very confident with those gentlemen to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I received a new transmission and had my car back within 5 days! Thank you both so very much!

Single Female

Terrell and Farley were very helpful and accommodating in making me feel comfortable as a single woman making a vehicle purchase. They were patient and understanding as it can be very intimidating especially as a woman visiting a car dealership. The staff was welcoming and engaging, in fact they even had a karaoke machine to engage consumers as they wait.
