So I am not sure if there are others having similar issues but when I take my Silverado in for maintenance the Emissions has issue every time we leave... dealership. One time they said it was a bent sensor not allowing it to complete a regen cycle (diesel truck). Next time we had it back for a day and the "sensor" came unplugged. We left dealership yesterday and again it started but wont complete a regen cycle. It fails out and goes to reduced power mode. This is ridiculous. We have not once been through an oil cycle without returning to dealer to get it fixed. Mr Bob Backus assured me there wasnt going to be more issues. YOU are a failure if you cant figure out what your department is screwing up!
Expensive car repair. Car had an oil leak and I needed to stop the leak.
This dealership is terrible. They will promise you the world when selling to you. Priorities for life are a complete scam and waste of time. Oil changes... take 3-5 hours with an appointment. Car inspections will always result in needing some type of part or service. The customer service in the service department is terrible
I went to the dealership yesterday from a letter I got in the mail from my credit card company. I had been thinking about upgrading and giving my car to... my daughter so that I do not have to take her back and forth to work anymore recently, so I stopped in. I worked with Antoine Pope. He was amazing. I cant believe how smooth the sale went from the salesperson to the finance department and the whole 9! I would highly reccomend him and Priority Chevrolet for your car buying needs!
Thank you so much for your 5 star rating and your review about your experience. Congratulations on your new vehicle. Thank you also for your kind wo...rds about Antoine and for your recommendation!
My fiancé's car got a flat tire in 64 and the car had to be towed to the nearest chevy dealership which is this store. First the car was left in the collition... center instead of their repair shop, then they left it there for 2 days without doing anything, claimed they have the tire to replace it same day but lied about it actually because they called her and said they sold it and we have to wait another day for a single puncture tired that they claim they cannot patch up. Wow! Crappy service Chevy Military Hwy! Trash service.
Over the years I have bought 3 new trucks from Priority Chevrolet. This is the first used one. I paid more for this truck than most of there new cars!... The salesman said it was going to be deep cleaned before I picked it up. Well it wasn't which wasn't that big of deal. When I hopped in there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas. He said they don't fill used vehicles up. That's ok too but I asked about a second set of keys. The salesman said he would check on them. I texted him the next day and he forgot, ok so the next day I texted him again and nothing. Yesterday I chatted on line and they said a manager was going to call me. To say the least no response so I went online again and they said the manager would call me. Well still waiting. It seems if you don't buy a new car ( no the cost) your not worth their time after the deal is done.
I am sorry for your experience. At your convenience, please reach out directly to the General Sales Manager - Dave Jensen. dave.jensen@priorityauto....com 757 424 1811
I was in class when receiving a call from my fiance about how the sales person was refusing "no" as an answer. She felt so threatened and forced to sit... there that she needed an excuse just to leave because of the sales person being aggressive. Stating "what does a couple dollars difference make since I know you just got a raise to cover the difference". I had the general manager call myself, and he didn't seem too bothered by the tactics used, and stated that the guy probably had a bad day. I understand people have bad days, but in the end when I said we'd wait to purchase a car he didn't have any remorse at the situation. Overall I'd suggest going anywhere else besides this priority chevy.
They found the vehicle I was looking for and got it to the dealership quickly. Easy buying experience. Vehicle delivered clean and was explained to me....
Thanks for the awesome review! Regards, The Priority Chevrolet Team
After having my car 7 days for a one day repair. When my car was finally done I went to pick it up. The porter went to get my car and after a 10 minute... wait he walked in and was whispering into the advisors ear......they then told me the porter broke my shifter handle. (my car was there for a top repair and a transmission flush. They brought me the part they broke. and then told me I had to pay them to fix it.. after days of going back and forth with them I picked up a now broken car. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THESE GUYS THINK THEY CAN DO ANYTHING TO A CONSUMER AND GET AWAY WITH IT
My 2013 SILVERADO which I purchased at priority Chevy new was recently dropped off for a its annual state inspection. After calling 4 times to find... out its status I got a call telling me my truck needed new front amber colored light bulbs. 4 in total. Mine which were the light bulbs that came from the factory had started to delaminate and some whit was visible when looking at the truck head on. I was quoted 22.00 for the 4 light bulbs and almost 200 in labor to change the 4 bulbs. 1.3 hours per side or 2.6 hours labor total. I declined to have the work done and told them to put a rejection sticker on the truck. I bought the bulbs for 8.00 and had all four bulbs changed in 55 minutes, which included watching the youtube video on replacing the bulbs. I took the truck back the following Monday and had the inspection completed. Charging 2.6 hours of labor for this task was beyond laughable, and almost best described by the word immoral.
