My husband and I have been researching to buy a new truck for months. We spent numerous hours online looking at options and inventory. We were excited... to see that the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trailboss LT was in stock at a local dealership. We visited Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake on Sunday and that is when we initially met with Dan Brown. He was great to work with, and not pushy at all. We went inside to work up some numbers, and we decided to leave and "sleep on it". He followed up on Monday with a thank you text for our visit on Sunday. We called him to discuss the option of adding a spray in bed-liner; and we were able to come to a deal over the phone. Ultimately we returned on Monday, finalized which color truck we would be going home with (we were between two colors), and paperwork was a breeze. The finance team was also able to get a slightly better rate that initially thought, so we really appreciate Priority going through extra mile there. Very satisfied with our purchase, it was very easy and I really enjoyed that this dealership was not super pushy. Thanks again to Dan for all of his hard work and being patient as we were back and forth about which color truck to purchase. Would recommend anyone looking to consider taking your business to Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake.

They are the worst. We are trying to contact someone from priority Chevy around 2 months to talk about the truck. We tried to cancel the purchase bc the... car has so many issues when I went to Georgia after 2 weeks we bought it . I thought I was going to die . I’m scared to death to use the truck. The truck went to the dealership after the trip to check, they said they didn’t find anything . Also we had issues with the loan bc the dealership didn’t know who was the loan after one month. They running my credit score again in the same day I asked about the loan. They xxxxed with my credit score. I went there b4 of 30 days of the purchase to ask how we could solve the problem, I felt so so uncomfortable, english is not my first language. I saw everybody looking at me, the manager was rude. We don’t have the truck since December 04th.

Now I see why people are complaining about the sales manager. Very rude. Degrades the employee's. Had a car listed for two different prices. One said... yes they will sell it at the lower price listed and he said no and his attitude is just horrible and to think he deals with the public. I'm sure time will come he will pay for his rudeness to me and to whom ever he treats this way. your loss of making about 20,000 and I wonder how many more walked away because of him.

Caught repair tech on dash cam going through closed center console and glove box. Almost 3 full minutes of video with this guy going through our private... property. Went back to the dealer to show them the video and Service said he was looking for a wheel lock key, but our truck doesn't have wheel locks. Besides a wheel lock key that big would have been easy to know it was or wasn't there in just a few seconds as it's a big, heavy cylindrical chunk of metal. The dash cam video also showed our truck's service was completed and it was parked for an hour before they told me it was ready. I filled out a dealer survey they sent in an e-mail and told them exactly this. Got a "bot" reply e-mail from a "no-reply" e-mail address to contact the dealer to discuss my terrible review. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE - SIMPLE AS THAT! This DealerRater site has made me choose a person who worked there or they wouldn't publish the review. The names of the "bad actors" at the dealership are not on the list, so I chose the only name that was associated, even though Mr. Browne did a great job and seemed interested in the video.

Had a scheduled appointment at 8 this morning for inspection and oil change. Got here early to not waste their time. It’s almost 3 pm and still waiting... as we speak.. had to cancel the alignment from everything taking so long. the employees are nice, but what’s the point of scheduling when you wait all day anyways. They need more workers.

I have yet again for the 5th time taken my vehicle in for the same thing and they have yet to repair the issue. My truck goes into REGEN mode then fails... out every time and goes into a low power mode and cant get out of its own way. The people at Chevrolet have promised over and over again they were going to extend warranty but after about 50 emails and 20 calls they have not. The dealer says every time its fixed and it has not been fixed. Bakus is completely useless and when you call and leave a message they never return your call. Very frustrating dealership. I cant even say they deserve a single star.

I was trying to use the website to buy a truck but it was not very effective. Constant pop ups from the the site itself and unable to see prices on certain... trucks unless I filled out a information card stopped me cold.
