Barb was a huge help. Very friendly & super nice. She got me in and out fast and asked me if I needed anything more from the service department and could she help with what ever I needed. Service was quick too!.

Told them that I needed the car back by 2 PM but didn’t
Told them that I needed the car back by 2 PM but didn’t get a call about ANYTHING until 2:30, at which time they told me that my battery that I bought from them the year before needed to go on a “warranty tester” for 2-3 hours. Why wasn’t I contacted in the morning about that?! I told them I needed my vehicle back by 2 so I could go get my kids. I had my inspection rejected (which I STILL had to pay for) even though it was there fault I couldn’t complete the needed repairs because of time constraints. After I was there I had to wait another HOUR before I could get my car back. I was late to pick up my children because people there are not managing time properly and not communicating with customers. Management needs training about acceptable customer service. I will actively avoid this business to the best of my ability because they don’t care about service and they steal your money.
