When I arrived at the dealership, I did not pull into the
When I arrived at the dealership, I did not pull into the bay as it was my first time there for service and I wasn’t sure where to go. I parked outside of the service center and walked in. When I approached the counter, Mariah did not greet me and simply asked, “How can I help you?” I explained that I had a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change and that I was a little early but would be dropping the car off. Instead of checking me in, she told me to drive my car to the bay first and then she could assist me. I did as instructed, brought the car in, and left. When I returned to pick up my car, I was handed my keys without any further direction. I had to ask where my car was, and Mariah replied that it was “out back.” I then discovered my vehicle was parked all the way in the back of the parking lot. As a customer, I don’t believe I should have to search for my car or ask where it is after service is complete. Clear communication and basic customer courtesy go a long way in creating a positive service experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

Service was good but not done correctly the first time
Service was good but not done correctly the first time causing me to return later in the day and get it done right and it was a simple oil change.

They were amazing.
They were amazing. They went above and beyond for me. Had an appt at 430. However my car needed tires in order to pass inspection. Though I live far into Yorktown I wasn't able to just leave my car there. They took the time to put my tires on while I waited. Even though it was the end of the day.

Had to call and follow up because nobody let me know my

Easy to get an appointment, dropped it off and had a call
Easy to get an appointment, dropped it off and had a call back within a couple hours that it was ready for pickup. Can’t get any easier than that!

I called for an appointment b/c the cruise control wasn't
I called for an appointment b/c the cruise control wasn't working. The call center (BTW gets a -1) sent me to the Kia service for my GMC and they sent me back to the GMC service, Antwan realized that I had driven 1.5 hrs and worked me in. Kudos to the service dept. too! Turns out there was a recall for the adaptive cruise control. YOUR call center isn't doing you any favors, I would cancel their contract. It's not only about the sale, service is key IMO.
