I have to say, I considered and researched MANY different 7 passenger vehicles for my large family, tried to get many different quotes for different dealers, I had horrible responses from the Hall internet teams at their other dealerships, EXCEPT with Misty Martinez at Hall Mazda. Once I mentioned I had a lower quote from another dealer, she was quick to get to me an amazing price. When I went to the dealership, she gave me Virgil Ware as my salesman. He was AMAZING. I already knew exactly what I wanted, I had my price set, came in pre approved, so I was all set, but Virgil did NOT pressure me on anything. I wanted specific features, none of the vehicles on the lot fit my wants perfectly, I wanted red. I wasn't pressured into another color they had on the lot. The staff had no problems locating and getting the vehcile to the dealership for me. Even though we already pre-approved for a GREAT interest rate, Paula Vargas in financing was able to get and even better rate and gave us no pressure to buy any adds on (extended warranty, paint/leather protection). I got what I was looking for for my trade in (which was $1000 MORE than another dealer...and I had to push for the other dealer to get it to what they had, which was still unacceptable.) I had be DREADING buying a new car because it's usually such a long tedious process, but this was best and easiest car buying experience EVER!! Oh, and I can't forget how I went in on July 31st, my husband was working so I was getting all the details ironed out before he came in (which wasn't going to be until the next day), but because it was the last day of the month, they needed all the paperwork signed so they could get it to corporate and just in case the incentives changed for August (which they didn't but if they had been better we would have gotten the better rebates). Virgil brought the papers TO US AT OUR HOUSE! Now if that isn't great customer service I don't what is! THANK YOU VIRGIL and the Hall Mazda team!! I LOVE my red 2013 CX-9!

Great Service and Patient employees
I was not really looking for a car. The staff had been calling me to get my used car and get me into a new car. They were professional at all times. The sevice Man Greg was awesome, My salesman Virgil was very patient with me and guided me thru the process. Orlando the financial manager was awesome as well. I would definetely recommend them.

WANT TO BUY YOUR CAR LETTER SCAM!!!
Here's the scam: Went in to have my MPV appraised since they sent out a letter claiming to be looking to buy used MPVs. (Got multiple letters) I spent the time to clean it up and brought it in. During the appraisal they try to sell me another Mazda but I said I wasn't interested. When the appraisal came back they totally low balled me and said they weren't looking to buy MPVs. What a waste of time! These guys will just jerk you around. DON'T GO THERE!

Good customer service
Worked tremedously to close the deal and get my business. They almost had it, very excellent deal and willing to work with you. Sadly my taste took me elsewhere.

Service Department
I had issues with my key fob on my 2004 Mazda 6, to the point where I couldn't get in my car with out setting the alarm or to start it. "Chip" Dove and Greg Lamb were just fabulous and getting me straight and fixing/reprogramming me fob and the lady in the parts department was wonderful as well. This team knows the meaning of customer service!

The Patience of Job-Virgil Ware (salesman)
The salesman, Virgil Ware, patiently guided me from an indecisive, "damsel-in-distress" to a confident and elated purchaser in less than 24 hrs! The entire team, managers, Zack Byrd and Steve Davis, exhibited extreme professionalism, and finessed a customer based, long-term relationship throughout the process. I have no regrets for entering into a relationship with Hall Madza! Highly recommended.

There was one price on the sticker,another price from the manager and then there was the out the door price.I gave up and went and bought my car elsewhere

Friendly and Customer-Service-Oriented
I had gone to the dealership last Saturday to test drive a vehicle and I can tell you that it was all a pleasant, easy-going experience. As soon as I walked in with a friend of mine, we were approached by Virgil Ware, who helped us immediately right away. We were given seats inside the dealership and then told about the many different options and trims on the vehicle that I was interested in- the Mazda CX-5. We ended up test-driving one with the Grand Touring AWD trim and it turned out to be the best test-drive experience that I've ever had because Virgil let me and my friend each test drive the vehicle, in addition to taking our time, trying out all of the great features that come equipped with the Grand Touring like cruise control, back-up cameras, moon roof, and side mirrors that come equipped with special alerts if other cars are in your blind spots while trying to make a turn. All-in-all, dealing with Virgil and his associates at the dealership that day was a great, friendly, pleasant, non-pushy experience. I would definitely go back to do another test drive and maybe eventually maybe end up buying one of the CX-5s, once I'm more financially stable. I highly recommend Virgil Ware, his associates and the Hall Mazda Virginia Beach Dealership as a great place to buy a car, to do business with and to do some test-driving- A+++.

Looking for a used car
I visited Hall Mazda because I had seen a Honda advertised that was just below Kelly blue book. I worked with Virgil, test drove a car and looked at some others, and found him to be knowledgeable and low pressure. He answered my questions and was pleasant and friendly. He followed up with a call a few days later, and asked if I had any other questions. A very positive experience overall.
