It was OK except the pricing went up and the estimates were not as close as the actual pricing.

Bought the 2015 fiesta no room no real warranty the 12v do not work half the time and if it gets hit it crumbles like cookies

The service was good but the wait time after your vehicle is done is lengthy.

Be careful even just having a oil change here. My car was always serviced here and i'm now paying for the mistakes they have made. First off, your lucky if they get your oil changed much less anything else checked. I have parts being replaced on my 2012 Ford Fusion with only 80,000 miles that shouldn't be replaced until well over 100,000 miles as told by an actual ford dealership. Mountain View never actually checked over my car anytime I had it serviced. I was told it needed aligned and that is why my tires were wearing. I went to have it checked, it was perfectly fine. I later on after driving quality got worse had my car checked at an amazing ford dealership in Florida who told me that Mountain View hadn't done anything with my car like they should have, and thankfully they replaced the parts with no problem. I will defiantly not be returning to this place for anything. I would recommend anyone to avoid it. Especially travelers, all locals around here know this place is becoming more and more of a joke.

I always do my oil changes here they are really good with the inspection and showing what's wrong afterwards. Very informative with any car issues they see in the inspection
