They made my birthday a great one!
I recently had my 2014 Ford Fiesta in to have a few minor problems assessed, none of which were manifesting on that particular day. The service department staff assured me that I could bring my car in ANY time, without an appointment, if the problems started showing up again. I also had a question for the parts department, and they were friendly and very helpful. It was my birthday, so this visit was a great birthday experience!

Big Thank You
We were on vacation from upstate Ny. Passing through our Jeep liberty blew it's waterpump. Thank the heavens we found the dealership. Roger the manager and Michael the tech helped us out. We were offered a ride to get some food as well as a friendly face so far from home. They replaced the pump within 3 hours and we were on out way. So please let them know we are very thankful for them and there help. Thank you Tammy and Chris Pecci

Awesome Service
We were about 200 miles into a 2300 mile trip to Tempe AZ to deliver 2 motorcycles for a charity ride to raise funds and awareness for Veterans health issues. I had new plugs installed prior to the trip. I had noticed a slight miss and returned to the Dodge dealer to diagnose. They were unable to isolate the problem. Just south of Wythville VA the check engine light came on and a pronounced miss developed as we limped into the Mountain View Ford. Gregg, the service manager, was awesome. We unhooked the trailer with the bikes and had the truck in the bay to diagnose. Using his personal computer diagnostic equipment, a misfire was found in the the 4th cylinder. The installation of the plug was done incorrectly originally at the Dodge dealer including omission of parts. Two hours latter we were hooking up the trailer and headed west to Tempe Arizona. What could have been a major setback was avoided by the professional and courteous service at Mountain View Ford, thanks to all who got us back on the road and enabled us to complete the mission.
