The loss of our 2005 Escape with only 45K miles
our Escape had mechanical problems while traveling from NC to PA. Unfortunately the repairs were too costly to fix a second car that was not needed (only one driver in the household now). The Service and Sales departments provided us with sufficient info to help us decide the fate of our car. We decide to give the car to a friend who has since repaired to car and is 'thrilled'.
