I walked in to the dealer and was greeted within minutes and told them I was there to learn about the Dodge Ram trucks as I didn't know all the models
and features my salesman Tony walked me through each model gave me an overall picture of each and listened to what I was looking for then grabbed the keys for 4 new trucks and let me drive them all taking up his whole evening never looked at his watch even when everyone else left. He called me the next day when he found the truck I wanted and never once did I feel any pressure to buy anything just told me it was available if I wanted it. Tony even sat with my 3kids so me and my wife could test drive together. When I decided to purchase my new truck it was the easiest process ever no going back and forth with inflated numbers just honest and straight foward from Matt the sales manager. I can't say enough about this dealership having sold cars for a year before the military these guys are a class act honest courteous to me and my family. I highly recommend going to see Tony and Sisk auto mall if you need a vehicle.
I did not buy a vehicle from them because when it started raining in Kentucky as I was driving to Hopkinsville, I stopped t a restaurant in Murray to
eat. Somebody from the dealership sent me a text that I was rude not to advise them I would be late for my 12:00PM appointment. That was a three hour drive on wet roads that actually took four hours. When I got there at 3:00 nobody knew where the text came from, even though I showed a salesperson the text. I was tired by then and dreaded the long drive home. If I can't find a vehicle closer I will drive my 2006 KIA until the wheels fall off.
After shopping around the Nashville market for a truck for a few months, a friend recommended checking out Sisk Auto Mall. When I did, I was incredibl
y impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff. I was offered more for my trade in as well as the prices were better than the dealerships around Nashville. I will for sure be going back to Sisk for any future vehicle and will be referring all my friends to them. Go check Sisk Auto Mall out if you have not done so yet.
After 5 months of looking and comparing prices/trim levels to other dealerships, the local sisk dealership had the selection and price I was looking f
or. The buying process was decently fast for an impatient person like me. The overall process was great. Sisk's prices are similar to others in the region.
I brought my vehicle in for service for warranty repair, had to get a outside trim piece replaced. Well after I got the vehicle back I noticed the tri
m piece they replaced wasn't even snapped in all the way and there was scratches on the inside door panel, the window where the trim piece was replaced, another door trim piece was damaged and the passenger front mirror was all damaged. After I brought this to up to Bob Evans he said there was no way that thoes scratches where from the repair. So I asked him to show me the repair manual on how to remove that trim piece so it would prove that his technician would have to remove that part in order to complete the repair. Bob Evans response was they don't have repair manuals, the he proceeded to get upset with me and stormed off like a child not getting his way. Comes back and in a rude manner said he would take care of everything, before I could say another word he walks away. I am in such disbelief that this guy is a service manager. I only hope others read this and stats away from Sisk service department. Oh and I'm still waiting for him to make good on what he said and fix everything
I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's less then 6 months old and has under 10k miles on. I first brought my jeep in to get a door seal replaced. Aft
er the repair I noticed scratches on the door, they agreed to replace the window, the passenger front mirror and another trim piece that was damaged by their technician. Last Friday was when the repair was done, when I got home I noticed more scratches on the trim pieces from where they replaced the window. They also replaced the window with an aftermarket window. This vehicle has less then 10k miles on it and it's still under warranty. So now they voided my warranty if anything happens to that window. I went into the dealership today and talked with Bob Evans about this issue. He told us that that he was doing us a favor by fixing what he already fixed and will not fix the other issues. He also told us to never come back. I have never met anyone so awful at his job. After I told him that, he said if I say anything else he was going to throw my wife and 11 month old child out of the dealership. It's unbelievable how Sisk dealerships treats military personnel. They should be black listed. I will post pictures of the final work that was done. I also filed a complaint with jeep corporate . IMO Bob Evans and Sisk is committing fraud by installing non Mopar parts in a Jeep dealership, and the fact they won't take ownership of issues they have caused. Everytime I have brought my vehicle in for a repair more damage is done, which is extremely frustrating with a brand new vehicle.
Spoke with the salesperson on two occasions to confirm availability of the car. Emphasized to him that I was traveling from out-of-state. Even confirm
ed with him again on the day I visited. When I got there after my 238 mile drive, he greeted me and told me that he could not sell me the car because the dealership had not yet performed the air bag inflator recall fix. He wouldn't even allow me to test drive the car. Yet, the dealer had advertised the car for sale for 51 days.
Katrice worked really hard on getting me the price I needed on the car I wanted. I had to drive 75 miles, but Paducah folks would not even talk to me.

I went to find a new car last week. I was there30 minutes before the dealership opened to get a look before the usual dealer is there harassing you to
buy a car. Katrice Butler was there early before anyone else and asked me what particular car I had in mind. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. My credit score wasn't up to par, but she fought for with banks to get me a decent loan. I advise anyone going to sisk for a vehicle to ask for her.
