Just a great atmosphere. Everyone was wonderful to my wife and me. We love our new 300 and would recommend our salesman, James Taylor for everyone. ... He didn't pressure us and went over all the features (and there was plenty of them) of our new 300. Very impressed with Auto World and will be buying there again.
Finally a dealership that still has great customer service and try's to assist as much as possible and not pressure you to buy or trade,, they just help... and are so friendly !!!! I had bank financing arranged after making our trade and they even beat my banks rate !!! Friendly , courteous and fast customer service is what we found at Auto World of Big Stone !!!!

I bought my wife's minivan (new Grand Caravan) and my daughters car (used Toyota) both from Auto World. I could not be happier. They treated us great,... they were very helpful, and they gave us a very fair price on both vehicles. This is a local dealer for us and they are just normal people, not a high pressure sales team. I think most of their employees grew up around this area and they are just normal folks. I highly recommend Auto World and I will buy my next truck from them as soon as my current one bites the dust. They are great.

I would not recommend talking to this dealership. I have bought several vehicles and have never had such a negative experience as I did with Auto World.... I offered and they accepted a price of a vehicle. I then went and secured the loan with my local credit union and even sent the dealership a picture of the check. Autoworld had also faxed a deal sheet to my credit union. I spoke with my salesperson and they assured me the vehicle would be held until I could make the drive and pick up the vehicle I wanted. I had planned to come on a Saturday and I secured the loan on a Tuesday. The following day, I get a voicemail from the dealership indicating that they had sold the car and hoped that I had a nice day and if I had any questions, to give them a call. The dealership sold the car without even calling me first to give me a chance to come pick it up earlier. When I called and spoke with the manager he was very rude and sarcastic. I was shocked how I was treated. I believe this company is very flaky, tacky, and unprofessional. I would not recommend you purchasing from them.
Here is the exact email I sent to Brad ... Brad, Hello. You seemed like a very nice guy and I am very sorry that you are upset. We do not intenti...onally try to anger our customers. To be honest, I did not think you would be upset at all based on our email conversations. I told you that we reduced the online price to match the price we quoted you. I told you that we had at least 2 other inquiries on this vehicle. I asked that you call before you made the drive down here to make sure we had not sold it. Your response to me was "I appreciate your help. I will call before coming down. If somebody else buys it, then I'll just look elsewhere, life goes on." From our point of view You didn't seem to mind that we had other customers interested. Your response was very nonchalant. Also consider that we have a lot of online customers who say they will be here to buy a vehicle and they never show up. Most are never heard from again. The truth is that if we don't sell vehicles then we don't eat. Much like any other business - it is first come, first serve. If I am not mistaken, your salesperson even offered to stay late one evening so that you could come down, but you declined her offer. I made sure that we emailed and called you immediately once we knew that is was sold. If we had not contacted you, let you drive all the way here, and tried to sell you something else then I could see why you would be so upset. But we didn't do that. We contacted you immediately (by phone and email). Please understand, because of our conversations, I truly did not think you would be upset at all. For what it is worth, I am very sorry and I apologize that you are upset. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
I purchased a used vehicle from Auto World a few weeks ago and just now got around to writing the review. They were great. Very helpful, very friendly.... The salesman was nice and did not pressure me like at other dealerships. They got me very close to the payment I asked for. I would highly recommend them.
