Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020

Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020 Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done for her to see what was wrong with the AC. Wife shows up at the dealership & they asked her if she was dropping off the vehicle. She asked how long it would take to have the diagnostic done on the AC. Service person said it will be a week before they can even get the vehicle in to run the diagnostic test. We are will not be taking our vehicle to back to Greenwood Ford or buying anything from them if this is how service will be from them. Was told one thing on the phone and then a different thing in person. They didn't even offer a vehicle because they would have my wife's Expedition for a week before they could even look at the problem. Don't recommend taking or buying from Greenwood ever.

I was not pleased with my sales experience.

I was not pleased with my sales experience. I was told by a sales person that I would get 25 mpg for for the truck I was purchasing. I only get 16 mpg. I was told that could refinance my truck with them after a couple of years and I owe so much on my truck that I am not able to. I was given the runaround by both Ethan the sales people as the sales manager that it gave me a bad taste in my mouth. One time I even told the sales manager how much I had to put down for another truck that he did not even return the conversation. I reported this place to the BBB at least two times

On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at

On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at Greenwood Ford for some minor Collison repairs. My experience with this has been very unpleasant. On February 7th, 2024, I was told by Cliff that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I noticed there were missing parts and I detected flat spots on my tires from the negligence of this facility. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. After reviewing the situation, he stated that my tires were a result of suspension issue. As a result, they were not willing to cover any cost associated with replacing the tires. According to Greenwood Ford’s website, the service technicians are “Highly trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs”. If my vehicle had a suspension issues, why was this not brought to my attention during my regular scheduled maintenance or my multi point inspections. All of which have been conducted at Greenwood Ford since I purchased the truck in April of 2022. On Saturday Feb 25th, 2024 I had to purchase new tires. The cost of those tires were $1646.69. This could have been easily avoided if your “Highly trained technicians” took care of my truck while it was in their possession. I urge you to avoid this dealer ship and any dealership that operates under Renshaw Auto Group.

Dishonest.

Dishonest. & had the paper work wrong. the sales person didn’t do his job right. Now I am stuck being primary on the loan. The title lady was rude when I asked question. Jeff the manager was helpful. Will not be buying from this dealership ever again.

Not a experience

Worst experience ever. My sales rep was no help at all. We been back 4 times since brought vechile. Will go back to jim johnson next time. Everything I ask was I don't know or I don't think. Today they ordered 2 tires for back because they are only at a 4. He wanted the cheapest ones but sales guy said they have to match size can't just give her cheapest. Thankful manager at least is doing that for us because a few days ago sales guy wanted to split price with me. I ask how to get in Fordpass. He said I don't know then but since you 2nd owner you can't just for new owners. Internet says other wise. I ask if my vechile was a fleet vechile he said NO.

Please don't shop here

They are not honest people. They sold the vehicle out from under my girlfriend (a 5th grade teacher) after we gave them 5k down. We wanted that car and NEVER said we did not want the car. Mark, Trey and the rest of them are scammers. Do not give this place your business.
