My 2022 nissan rogue made a knocking noise didn't have a rental so had to continue to drive it. After 7 days the motor locked up all dashboards lights came and I broke down. Had it towed and was told I needed a new motor and it would be 4 to 6 months to get a new motor! So I traded and purchased a pre-owned so I went from no payment to a car payment mine was paid off. Well all I was told was a BIG WHITE LIE! This all happened between 9/28/23 to 10/05/2023. Well guess what my 2022 nissan rogue is on their lot for sale. Don't know if Carfax was reported to but I am reporting and to the BBB! I old not re ommend buying from Dutch Miller Nissan in Wytheville they will lie to your face as well as their Corporate GM Mr. Peter's. So if you see a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV AWD exterior blue interior gray with around 20 127 miles on it the motor was replaced at least that is what they told me. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE THEY ARE NOT HONEST AS LONG AS THEY CAN MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU!!!!

Very attentive and helpful staff
We contacted Blue Ridge Nissan online as we searched for a Nissan NV 3500 SL V8 passenger van. One of the first things that impressed us about Blue Ridge Nissan is that it is the only dealership in our area--including larger cities than Wytheville--with NV vans in stock. Amanda, the online sales coordinator, communicated with us promptly and consistently to arrange an appointment for us. Spencer, our sales consultant, was quite friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with our test drive. Our impression of the staff at Blue Ridge Nissan is that they are courteous, professional, and personable. My experience with this dealership has been a great one.

Good dealer to work with, kept his promises.
We dealt with Antonio when we visited this dealership. It was close to closing time but he took the time and didn't try to rush us at all. Everyone went out of their way to help us find the right car. Did buy from them and would do it again.
