Got 2 cars from them Mach e and f150 Lightning. No dealer markup or surprises. Honest appraisal and helpful delivery. These were hard to get items but they managed to get them delivered early!

F150 Purchase

Over charged for diagnostic
Was quoted 200 to diagnose truck problem. When I picked it up the service advisor was not in. The bill had increased to 300 for no known reason and there was no prior notification. I paid the 300 to get my truck back. 2 days later the advisor called me back and we agreed he was at error and would credit me back the 100 bucks. Two weeks later no refund and advisor and manager won?t return calls or text. Now I have to have my credit card company reverse it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a service department. If you say your going to take care of an issue, then do it. Otherwise you are dishonest. I will never take my truck back there.
