The experience with the sales manager Jermey McClure was unrelenting!!!! Also no owners manual was in the car. I called and talked with Kenny Law and was told he would order one. Still haven’t received one!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service! A vehicle caught my eye as I was passing by. Stopped and looked at it. A salesman was walking out the door, I flagged him down and offered $1,000 less than asking price. I had business to conduct in Rocky Mount, told the salesman I would be back in a little while. Came back 30min later. The salesman said he didn't have time to check on my offer and sent me to another salesman. I offered $1,000 less than asking price and told him I would be paying in cash and would take care of the DMV paper work. He looked at me and shook his head "NO" and said, "we are actually bumping the price of the vehicle up." What!!!!!!! All I can say is "WOW"! The absolute worst experience ever.

I finally found someone that listened and delivered exactly what I asked for, this was not easy because of bad experiences with other dealerships...you have restored my faith! Service and maintenance of truck
Very friendly staff. Prompt with appointment times. Excellent advice regarding anticipated service and repairs. The facilities are almost new and very customer oriented. All repairs were performed correctly and in a timely manner. The staff goes out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and appreciated. A special shout out to Shannon in the service dept. I really like this dealership and the way I have been treated for the past 4 years. I have recommended them to others.
bought a new car
Pretty satisfied. They were professional and polite. I had to go back to get service that was not their fault but when I told the person that sold me the extended warranty that i was going to cancel it, that's when the gloves came out. I told him I bought it because I was misinformed about what it covered. He actually yelled at me and said he never told me such a thing. Ok then. He also stated I needed the additional warranty because buick doesn't have roadside assistance. He later apologized for yelling at me and said he may have misspoke about the roadside assistance because some new models don't have it. The brochure clearly states that ALL new buicks come with free emergency assistance. So overall it was a good experience but the 2nd set of keys were lost and it's almost 2 weeks and still no keys. It takes me close to an hour to get there. However, they gave me a nice loaner car for the day.
Routine oil change and first 5000 mile checkup.
Great service. On time and polite group to work with. Very satisfied.
Got me in early, finished very fast! Found me a coupon since I left mine at home. Washed the car.
