Talked to factious person on email and text only to show

Talked to factious person on email and text only to show up at the dealership (125 miles away) and be told that someone else would take care of me. Before test driving a $30k dollar truck we were told that the check engine light was on but they were going to fix it. So we did ALL the paperwork ( financing ran my credit with 10 lenders) and we left a Substantial cash deposit. Three business days later I have had no communication with the dealer so we called only to be told that “ They weren’t going to make enough money off the sale” so they (Paducah Ford) dispersed the deal and were not going to fix the truck. I requested that they next day me a check for my cash deposit. We called back the next day only to be told that “ The Check is in the Mail”!!!!!! I have never dealt with a dealership that had no communication or curtsey with a paying Customer ……. Contacted the General Manager and talked to him about my experience and he seemed to not want to be bothered with my call. I guess if you are not local they don’t care.

My wife told service tech starter on vehicle going bad

My wife told service tech starter on vehicle going bad and service tech told my wife she didn't know what she was talking about and refused to help her. 10 days later or pickup had to be jumped to get pickup started. The person who help us informed us to go to Auto zone where they could tell us if it was the starter or battery.Within 5 minutes informed starter bad. I had to buy a starter and install myself. When we got home went back to Paucah ford and talked to a manager and the manager blew me off and asked me to leave. I ask since when does a Ford motor company ok the way people (customers) get treated disrespectfully. I will not go back to Paducah ford unless I get a formal apology from CEO.

I had wonderful experience buying Mustang Mach e from Peducah Ford. Zoe provided excellent customer service and responded back in timely manner. Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all the technical questions. I would recommend them highly.

Mike Felker was straight forward working with me and worked with me on getting the best deal! Great guy with a good reputation and will not steer you wrong. Right away you can tell Mike is no amateur! Bought a new Ford Maverick and so far, it fits us! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our journey to Paducah Ford from Memphis was initially

Our journey to Paducah Ford from Memphis was initially prompted by their enticing online prices and a specific truck we had our sights on. Prior to our visit, I had requested Zoe, our initial contact, to inform us if the truck sold before our arrival. Unfortunately, it did. However, Zoe promptly notified us of a recent trade-in, not yet prepared for sale, but they rushed to ready it for our arrival. Impressively, upon pulling up, the truck was already waiting for us, thanks to the efficient efforts of the staff. It was at this point that I met Mike Felker, and I cannot overstate the exceptional service he provided throughout the entire process. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Mike greeted me warmly, instantly putting me at ease. I shared with Mike our prolonged search for a truck without success. He was incredibly helpful, providing thorough information and doing everything possible to find the right truck for me. Mike's knowledge about the specific vehicle was extensive, and he even provided data sheets and records of previous maintenance performed on the truck. The test drive he took me on thoroughly tested all components of the vehicle. When it came to the sale, Mike was not pushy at all and was very willing to negotiate. After the purchase, I requested a few additions, and Mike kept me updated on the progress and location of the truck throughout. Although there was an issue with installing a trailer brake controller due to an unforeseen wiring harness problem, Mike promptly informed me and even went the extra mile by obtaining prices for the controller. Additionally, they included the necessary part for the installation, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a seamless process. Moreover, he generously included a brand new rubber bed mat as a gesture of appreciation for my business. Mike's attentiveness and dedication truly made me feel valued as a customer. I would gladly return to Paducah Ford for future purchases, specifically requesting to work with Mike. He exemplifies outstanding customer service and professionalism.

2022 Mazda cx-30

Bought 2022 Mazda cx-30. Had it about 8 months and a warning came on the screen. Called them they said We don’t work on Mazdas. I said you mean you sold me a car you can’t work on? Yep that’s correct. They wouldn’t even call cape to see if they would. They were very rude to me and gave me the runaround for 2 days. Finally I said never mind I’ll call cape myself which I did. Getting it worked on tomorrow. We live in Ky and have to drive to cape to get it looked at. Cape was extremely nice and said we will even buy your lunch while we fix your car. Don’t step foot in Paducah ford Lincoln Mazda. You will be sorry you did. They don’t service what they sell. They are a joke and can’t be trusted. I’ll never set foot in that place again.
