I called two times last week to have my car serviced and they told me they would call me back each time , the first time I called I waited two days no... call I called them then waited about 5 more days no call. Waste of time, I should not have to keep calling when they told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment.
On May 18,2017, we took our 2016 T150 Transit to Silva to change the oil, fix the remote start, and a 12V outlet that was not working. We went to pic...k it up on Friday May 19, and no work had been done because they wanted to run a $200 diagnostic test for the 12V outlet, and they could not get hold of us to approve this test. We needed the Transit, so we took it unrepaired, and took it back in on Monday. May 22. We went back on Thursday May 25 for pick up, and the remote start worked intermittently, but the 12V outlet did not work, and now the keyless entry and 110V outlet did not work (and they were working when we took the Transit to Silva). We took the transit back on June 1, and picked it up on June 2, and no work was done, because they had a call into Ford for a "fix". We were supposed to take it back on June 12, but their technician was on vacation. On June 19 we returned the transit to Silva service and left it until Thurs., June 22. When we picked it up they told us the keyless entry was not working and the 12V outlet was blowing fuses, but the remote start worked. However, we found the remote start still not working. This vehicle is still under warranty, I am just frustrated and unhappy.
