We follow Robert Parsons wherever he is. He's the only one we will buy a vehicle from. We live in Louisville and traveled to Dwain Taylor in Murray, KY. just to deal with him. This time we went to Princeton (Trice Hughes) just to deal with Robert!!! We dealt with him when we were in Mayfield and he worked at Parson's Chevrolet (bought several vehicles there). That was a several years ago, but have followed him to buy vehicles ever since and will always continue to do so. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

Robert did a great job of getting me in a new truck, he is the only reason I came to Trice Hughes when I did, you better keep him on for a long time if you want more sales because he can flat out sell a truck or car. One huge complaint I have is the back windows down the truck vibrates all over to the point where you need hearing protection to drive down the road with the windows down, I am extremely disappointed in my new truck for these issues to the point that I would not have bought it if I knew this problem existed. I sent Chevrolet a email about if but have not heard one thing back from them, very disappointed in them for that since I have bought about 8 new Chevrolets over the last several years. Never in all the other trucks I had did this happen. This is not Trice Hughes fault as I well know but Chevrolet should step up because I do believe this is a big time safely issue.

We found our Chevrolet Equinox at Trice Hughes in Princeton, KY, over 3 hours away! We contacted Brian Croft, who was very courteous and professional. He was very honest and answered every question we had. The first time buying a vehicle long distance, but we would do it again! Neville was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. We had dealt with some sleazy car salesmen, so it was refreshing to talk and work out a deal with Neville. Honest, and upfront, didn't keep us there in captivity for an extended period of time. Worked out the frame work of the deal over the phone, then ironed it out in person. Drove in with old car, drove out with new in under an hour.
