Used CPO Lincoln

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln from McAuley Lincoln. Did the buying process over the phone; came in and the car was everything they said it was and I was in and out. The Service Dept. was very and there for any of my needs. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware 0 call back paid cash no title 1 mo

Buyer beware have left several calls over a month and yet to have anyone even return my call paid cash for a Mercedes and it still registered in California I’ve left my number several times it’s only been a month did not even receive a dealers tag or return phone call. Can’t even get it registered in the state of Texas no title they could care less my daughters graduation gift. He said they had to send it to Sacramento I’ve called them several times they say they have no paperwork from them.

It's a hundred and twenty miles away so I asked for a little discount but they said yes so we went and got the car.. Absolutely no push. they knew I knew what I was talking about and let the car sell itself to my friend with my help. If we asked questions answered them - they did not try to be bossy or impressive. Ask for Jose

Bought our 4th Pre-Owned car for our son today and another great experience! We have 2 CPO Lincoln we have bought here and now a Ford Focus and they are the best!!

Salesman gave incorrect information

Test drove a CPO car and sat down to discuss vehicle. Specifically asked about whether the vehicle had Sync 3 and could work with Android phone. Salesman Andy Collins said yes. Purchased car, drove home, next day I am looking for how to use the Sync 3. It does not have Sync 3. The only option given me was to return the vehicle. No other options given. I may just have to return it. Hoping to hear back from Aron with a remedy.

routine oil change

Wonderful service. I had neglected to schedule the needed oil change so my car was long overdue for service. I was able to schedule my service for the day after I called. My service was completed quickly and any questions I had about my car regarding a few othe concerns were clearly and easly answered. I left feeling more confident in the way my car was running.
