    This is for the service center, and not the sales center. Unfortunately this was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a Nissan. First, they... overcharged me for fixing the AC in my car. An extra $150 was charged for an initial estimate that was supposed to be included as part of the total cost. However this did not happen and I was charged double, $300 total for a simple freon replacement . This was in December 2018. The work they charged me for didn't even solve the problem, and I had to take my vehicle back for a second visit in March. They did not check my vehicle the day I brought it, and unnecessarily kept it overnight. The next day when I returned to get my vehicle back they kept me waiting for hours. None of this was due to the complexity of the diagnostic, but rather because their service and staff were slow and incompetent. Lastly, I needed to get a record of my visits for insurance purposes, and it took over a week for me to hear back. I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back from a service advisor, or that I would receive an email. Neither of these happened. After constant calling over a week, I finally got a hold of someone, only to be told that they only had records for the December visit and did not have any paperwork for the visit in March. This is hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I've ever had with any vehicle repair center. I would really advise others to stay away from their service.

    like about a month ago I went to buy car at Razzari Nissan dealer and was happy to find a great car just exactly was I was looking for. Also,the person... who helped me Eric Bustillos was very professional and very informed. Everything was easy for me and to fill out, and he was also was a Spanish speaker and easy to communicate. Chris was very friendly as well and partner up with Eric Bustillo's to make the purchase experience great.

    Be specific in what you want they think they know it all including your opinion. As a paying customer I think I get to choose what type of oil goes in... my car regardless of the miles. It was pretty xxxxy that after paying for synthetic for years they go and put regular oil in my car. I didn't make a big deal out of it but I think I should have if it bothered me that much. My car my choice.

    Erik and everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make what usually is a very stressful process almost enjoyable. Very impressed with Razarri... Nissan and I love my truck. John

    Where do I start... first off I was on a lonely road to Yosemite national park with my best friend (Fred he's a dog). While making a quick pite stop, I... noticed a unusual fiuld coming from the bottom of my car. I used the World Wide Web to find Razzari Nissan. So I grab my phone and dialed the number and Jessica Martinez answered the phone like a champ!! I actually nicknamed her VIP because she is! I put the address in the gps and Fred and I were on our way!!! Jessica greeted us like we were long lost friends and she even had some water for Fred! They did the diagnose on the car and found that it was a lower radiator hose was leaking Chris slapped a new one in there and bob is your uncle. In and out of there in a hour and half with no appointment and a happy dog. Jessica "the VIP" Martinez is the best and if I lived closer she would maintain my car every time. Thank you again and Yosemite was a great trip - the lonely driver and Fred

    We had a extremely good experience at RAZZARI!! PAULO was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the Sentra . he answered all our questions and as you... know it takes a while to but a car and can be overwhelming Paulo treated us like friends instead of just customers. He really went out of his way and for that we appreciate him and his great sense of humor!!! Thanks Paulo¿

    My sister and I revived excellent customer service from William Ayala at Merced Razzari Nissan. I only asked a simple question and he went above and beyond... to try to help us. We went with the intention to buy a Toyota and thanks to his excellent service we left with a beautiful Nissan. The process was simple and fast. They worked with me to get to the price I was willing to pay and payments that I felt I was comfortable with for my sister and I. Over all I give them the five stars. Thanks again William!
