Horrible experience- total incompetence and lack of basic business ethics displayed by Teddy Pham, the sales manager. We agree on a price for a vehicle,... I go home to empty my trade in, only to receive a call that he sold the car to someone else in a matter of one hour. The guy is also just slow and doesn't seem like he's very motivated to sell cars. We went back and forth twice yet it took over an hour and half to hear back from him. As is often the case, xxxxxx see and xxxxxx do. Most of the staff except my sales rep were either playing video games or taking personal calls outside. I didn't see a single person pick up the phones and do any selling: it's like they are overpaid order takers. I actually feel bad for the ownership and my sales rep Trina who was great, but I hope they read this message before it's too late. I have purchased a LR at LR SF and had a MUCH better experience there.
Excellent customer service and they were able to answer all my questions when I came in to shop for a new Land Rover. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Do not come to this place, one of the worst Land rover dealer in the bay area. Sales and managers are not so friendly and the whole process could be more... chilling. Also, xxxxty place and hard to find a parking spot, not recommend, this place gets a 1star for a reason.
We just ended a month-long nightmare with Land Rover Redwood City. We purchased a certified pre-owned Range Rover 2 years ago. 20,000 miles later- the... engine needs $24,000 of work (per Doug Blanton in service). This began a long, extremely painful downward spiral. At the end of the day, this is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and crooked. If you are doing your homework prior to buying a luxury car- look no further than the terrible reviews this dealership has (on every website you search). Do your business elsewhere.
I went to look at a car but the seller was super rude with some questions and showed little case to make a sale for me so much that I filled out the application... of credit and he did not even call me to give me any answer.
